A technician showed up with the wrong equipment (didn't have a snake big enough) the first day, so we waited another full day for them to come back with the right equipment. According to them, they "cleared" the blockage, but what they did instead was pushed the blockage further down, exacerbating the problem and creating even more of an issue for us. The next morning our tub and toilet started filling up again after showering and running the washing machine. We called the company to let them know it wasn't fixed and were basically told there was nothing else they could do for us and to call our home warranty. Our home eventually flooded, and we were met with a defensive response anytime we tried to contact this company. We now have a section of our downstairs that is not livable due to the flood, and are having to go through our home insurance to get our home repaired. $3000 later due to our deductible on our insurance, due to a company that is inexperienced and has zero idea what they are doing. My tenant was visibly frustrated and demanded it be fixed immediately ( which I was trying to do) unfortunately there is not many companies that work on high-rise units in Las Vegas. I was referred to this company and a technician came out and spent 2 1/2 hours supposedly diagnosing the issue. I wish I would've known that this company previously scammed my neighbors at the Ogden in downtown Las Vegas. They tried to quote me $2500 to replace a part selling online for $70. Then they tried to convince me to buy a new unit which is a 2 1/2 ton water source heat pump.To be fair, I told them ) because it is a very old unit) . I would be willing to do something for a fair price. They quoted me 14 grand for a unit that cost $2700 to other vendors!!! I ended up speaking to the owner or manager. His name is Raul, he is a very clever talker and has an excuse for everything of the exorbitant price lying about their factual prices. He was chastising me on our phone call like go ahead and buy the unit online and we'll still charge you the same to install it. I ended up talking him down to 12 grand because of my dire situation and I honestly could not even afford that. I tried calling other companies, but nobody worked on high rises. They are trying to bully people into buying new units because they know they have no other choice. Their incompetent technician came to my property and diagnosed it for 2 1/2 hours and said that the problem was the reverse pump. They also told me that the new unit would not arrive until maybe another month so I had to explain to my tenant that I was unable to fix it for a while, And I had to terminate our lease and repay her $3300 !!!!They purposely didn't fix my unit to sell me a brand new unit!!!!And I had to move my Tenant out and lose $3300 in rent money because of their lies or incompetences. Fortunately, I was able to get a second opinion from another company . The guy was at my house for literally 2 mins and already had diagnosed a problem because the unit actually tells you what's wrong. There was nothing wrong with the pump whatsoever It was actually the control panel. The guy had my AC up and running in literally two minutes and charged me $75. The gentleman from the other company also told me that this specific unit all in he would charge $6275. Almost 8 grand less than URBN!!! The gentleman from the other company told me this was an easy diagnosis and the circuit board relay was bad that sends power to the reversing valve solenoid. I bypassed two contactor for cooling circuit and the board needs to be replaced in a few months $250. Turns out this company has been screwing over my neighbors as well telling them that their unit is unfixable just so they will buy new units or pay exorbitant prices to replace a part. I am not the kind of person to review companies unless they did such a good job I feel it is deserving of a review or if they did a terrible job. Not only was this job so bad , it was sinister!!They are taking advantage of people in a inflationary environment, and they know exactly what they are doing. Beware, they are predatorse!!!!
