We brought in Brantley in January to help us secure our new home. We had a squatter living there prior to us moving in and had an attempted break in within the first week. Luckily for us, we were out of town and the alarm system and quick follow thru by Brantley's patrol team deterred them from entering our house and stealing our stuff. The technicians worked with us on the install to help upgrade the infrastructure that was built with the house (which is about 10 years old) so that we would have all the newest and up to date technologies. They did not try to "up-sell" us on things we didn't need and gave us options so we could decide what level of protection we felt was right for us. The service and install has been exceptional and the office has been great when confirming our information after a tripped an alarm. We now can control and monitor everything directly from an app on our phone and receive notifications via text any time the alarm is set or turned off. We have recommended Brantley to our in-laws and my mother after our experience with them; they are by far the best security and monitoring company we have found in the Las Vegas Valley. My experience with Brantley Security Systems was a lot less favorable than some of the others on Yelp. I called them last week to set an appointment for 10am today. This means that I cancelled other potential engagements and stayed at home waiting for them. At 10:15am they had not shown up yet so I called Brantley to find out what was happening. My contact was Bob who told me that Mr Brantley called and wanted to see him so my appointment had to be rescheduled to 11am. Apparently he texted all this information to my home phone which is a landline and I don't get text messages from it. He didn't bother to call or follow up when he didn't get a response from me. Not a great first impression from a company that is supposed to be your first responder when an alarm goes off. Not sure what to do next, but it certainly gives me cause for concern about whether this company has what it takes. read more

Right from the start, Bob was attentive, communicative and thorough with everything we needed information on. Being out of state, it took us time to make decisions on cameras, security system and other house alarm items. We had a Brantley security system installed last month and so far the system has worked as advertised. We looked at ADT but felt that they were overpriced and had too many customer service issues. Brantley's sales rep, Bob Bowers, was very friendly and he didn't try to oversell us on features we didn't need. In fact, he did a good job of customizing a package for us. He even personally went down and talked to our community's on-site security to make sure they were properly included in the system's emergency response call list. My wife tells me that the installation went very smoothly and that she was impressed with the professionalism of the installation technician. We so far haven't had any issues. The one time we accidentally triggered the alarm, they called right away. The Honeywell digital control panel is easy to arm and disarm. My only minor complaint is that the Honeywell Total Connect 2.0 mobile app sometimes takes a long time to connect or won't arm/disarm the system due to connectivity issues. Other than that, we've been pleased with the system. read more

Even though I wanted one of the touch pads in a location that did not have an easy way to hide the wires, they were able to somehow accomplish the installation without exposed wires! It's been a few months since Brantley installed my system. It would be easy to give a "Ra Ra 5 Star" early on, but thought I'd wait a bit. I bid my system to three vendors. Brantley was the middle price quote. I decided to go with my gut and use Brantley. Glad I did! Most systems use the same hardware; so that was not an issue. What I liked was their business "style." Delmey, the sale rep, originally helped clean the office. Ten years later she's doing well representing an employee loyal company! Now the install. First off. The installer had nothing but good things to say about the company, and that showed in his workmanship. Cabling straight and level. Mechanical solid. Used both double tape and silicon on the door sensors. Noticing his tools. Well equipped, I find out that Brantley supplies the tools! Now the function. Well as a senior I've set off the alarm several times! Scared the cat, but he's now somewhat used to it. Each time I got response call within 2-3 minutes. Courtesy and professional. Summing up. After being lied to by ADT I went on yelp in search of an alarm company, one that was local if possible. I ran across Brantley and gave them a call. The same day they sent over Bob, their sales rep. I told him everything I wanted and everything I didn't. He actually took the time to listen and made some recommendations based on what I wanted. At the end of our meet, I told him that I wanted to think about it. Never did he push or did I feel pressured to sign anything. I called him a few hours later and told him I wanted to go ahead with the install. The next day they sent installer Mark over. This guy was a true professional and knew what he was doing. I had done a lot of research on alarms and i know about them more than the average Joe. There was not a single question that I asked mark that he didn't have an answer for and knew was he was talking about. The day after the install I had some more questions about the alarm and Mark came back to explain them to me. Truly amazing. Please do yourself a favor and avoid ADT at all costs. Thank god I cancelled with ADT within the 3 day cooling off period. Give Brantley a chance, you won't regret it.
