When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. No electrical required either since fan plugs into outlet. So I paid, at best, $4K for half an hour of PVC cutting/gluing and a few hundred in materials. I read another review about someone with a boiler that after they came just left the leak go. This happened to us too. So after 3 days of water leaking all over the floor the owner was able to fix it. All I can say is if the fat guy and 20yr old boy wonder show up to fix your boiler, my advice is slam the door in their faces and call someone else.
