I was more than impressed with my entire experience at this dealership. I was not a Chevy driver before, but after researching and test driving multiple vehicles for over a year I came in 80% sure I knew what I was looking for. And walked into a dealership that in my books ranks 100% in their customer service. I was promptly greeted in a very welcoming manner by Mikko. And needless to say I was nothing but impressed how he presented himself, the dealership and his cars. His quality of service left me feeling well taken care of and listened to - which other dealerships had not done. They were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They respected that I knew what I wanted and had answers to all of my questions, and overall made sure that I left with no doubts about the car, the service and the quality of the deal I was given. There whole team ensured that I left happy, and most of all I left feeling valued and respected. I left knowing I made the right decision, with an excellent deal in a car that is safe and fits my lifestyle and what I was looking for perfectly. I feel well taken care of by this Chevy family. And after my experience there I would recommend them in a heartbeat and they have a customer for life.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ram 3500 diesel truck from this company just over 2 months ago. I drove…read moreit for a couple weeks to find that it had a coolant leak which had to be filled every 3-5 days roughly. After the 3rd week I found that while pulling a trailer it had a massive lack of power. I brought it in to a local diesel company in Lethbridge to get it diagnosed. They came back with a list of items worth nearly $12000. This list included a new turbo replacement, head gasket replacement with new new ARP studs, head testing, custom programming for the head and an EGR reroute and delete. I passed this quote onto the Insta Auto Sales GM and he didn't want to pay for it all and said it wasn't necessary to do all this work. He then made an effort to get the truck back to Edmonton to diagnose it himself through his own shop. He came back with a turbo replacement and a coolant level sensor replacement. He did these repairs and after weeks of waiting finally got the truck back to me in Lethbridge. I picked it up and took it out for a test drive pulling my trailer to find out that there was still a massive power loss on the highway and a coolant leak again. I contacted him to let him know and all he could tell me was: "You will have to get the truck to a diesel mechanic to asses what the issue is. I did all I can last repair even picked it up and dropped it off 7 hours away. You have unlimited km unlimited Claims for 5k each time for 2 years warranty you will have to go this route with it. Get it diagnosed and we can go their" I told him I was tired of wasting my time on this truck and needing to bring it in for diagnosing and repairs in such a short time of owning it, his next response was: "I understand your frustration. However we did a large repair out of good faith and tried to ease the inconvenience the first time around. However this is a 9 year old diesel truck that you have put over 3,000 kms on after purchasing. You have extended warranty for this reason the truck was in good operational condition when it was delivered back to you & we can't verify its use after the fact. Again have a diesel shop diagnose the issue." I took the truck into Diesel Tech in Lethbridge and had them diagnose it for the 2nd time. While waiting for this diagoses, I call Assurant(the company that deals with the aftermarket I purchased for almost $3000). I found out that there was an existing claim made on the turbo replacement. I told the guy I never put in for a claim and later found out that the Insta Auto Sales GM had put in a claim through my own warranty to replace that turbo without my consent. He was also trying to get me to sign off on the invoice for the work being complete so that he could get his reimbursement through my warranty. All this and he told me he got this truck fixed out of good faith. I have messaged him over and over again to ask about rectifying these issues and he continues to ignore me about it. They came back with a Cylinder Head Gasket leak, coolant in my oil, low fuel pressure caused by either a leak down on injectors or a high pressure pump failure as well as the fuel housing that was installed is stripped and they cannot get it off without damaging it. This would mean replacing it as well, this quote has come out to somewhere in the vicinity of $20000 just to get this truck back to where it needs to be for it to run properly. I would recommend not using this company to purchase any vehicles through because they will ultimately leave you to fend for yourself.

I contacted Insta Auto about getting a new truck. I spoke with Anthony he was great we picked out a…read moretruck and he gave the price of 21800 for my trade a bit lower because of the accident it had he also stated that he got this approved by his manager which I have all in text message. So I get the truck mileage was supposed to be 48k but it's 55k I contact Anthony he's apologetic and says that he could reimburse me 1200$ for the difference in kms. Fast forward a week later I get a call from.the GM named Doug Greenslade he calls me with an attitude saying he won't be providing any reimbursement and Anthony doesn't work there anymore. I told him Anthony said he approved with the GM (Doug). He says "your trade in had an accident" I said yes I was upfront about that and I have all the text thats Anthony said YOU approved then he tried to pretend he didn't know about the accident and that was why he wouldn't reimburse me. So whatever nothing I can do with this man I said fine just send me the new paperwork with the correct mileage I didn't tell him what the truck had when it arrived 7k more then advertised but, he magically knew the exact number when he sent me the paperwork. He said they would pay off the trade in at the AGREED price 21800 weeks later I call the bank and they said they paid off 21200! Doug Greenslade is a an absolute crook . They have a very friendly and professional team, and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. One stand-out moment that I'de be remise to mention is when Lukasz K. PERSONALLY ran out and purchased a replacement laptop charger for me while I waited for my car to be serviced, because it had accidentally been damaged in the waiting area. Thanks Lukasz! I will be back for service (I've been helped by Hanan three times, and she is great), and will always come to Northwest Toyota first for me and my family's car needs. Thank you!

I came to Northwest Toyota prepared and completely transparent. I explained that I had worked in the automotive industry, understood the financing process, and was rebuilding my credit after returning to university. I wasn't expecting special treatment--I simply wanted to know whether I qualified for financing on my own, what the terms would be, and whether the deal made financial sense. I was also clear that any purchase would be conditional on a mechanical inspection and an auto body inspection because the vehicle had approximately $24,000 in previous accident damage. During the test drive, I specifically requested highway driving to properly evaluate the vehicle, but the route remained mostly on city streets. I also noticed the vehicle didn't feel as solid as expected, and shifting into Park and Reverse felt unusual. Combined with the accident history and the fact it was traded in only months after the repairs, I decided I wasn't comfortable moving forward. The financing process was the most disappointing part. I repeatedly asked one simple question: Based on my application alone, what financing terms do I qualify for? Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was repeatedly asked about a co-signer. I explained several times that if I didn't qualify independently, I was happy to purchase a less expensive vehicle or wait a few months while continuing to improve my credit. I wasn't looking for someone to "make the deal work"--I wanted honest information so I could make an informed financial decision. Instead, I kept hearing that I was "approved" while also being told I needed a co-signer. Those messages didn't align, and despite asking multiple times, I never received the financing details or follow-up email I had been promised. When I decided not to proceed and requested my deposit back, I was asked to return to the dealership in person. After arriving for my scheduled appointment, I waited approximately 90 minutes for a refund that ultimately took less than a minute to process. My disappointment wasn't that I may not have qualified independently--that was always a possibility. It was the lack of clear, straightforward communication throughout the process. Customers deserve honest answers so they can make informed financial decisions. By comparison, my experience at Sherwood Park GM Buick was excellent. Chris and Jahron were professional, patient, transparent, and never pressured me. They answered every question directly and treated me like an informed customer. That level of customer service deserves recognition. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customers don't expect every financing application to be approved--they simply deserve honesty, transparency, and respect throughout the process.
