It was something I never saw because I live in NYC and everyone is upset in the big Apple lol. In about 2 hours they registered the key back and were able to change the part that didn't let the car from turning on. Ed's Auto Repair and Towing agreed to evaluate the wheels and found the brakes were completely destroyed due to subpar electrical work from the manufacturer of the travel travel trailer. Ed, Steve and everyone else were very helpful and informative on the cuase and repairs of the brake failure. They got us back on the road the same day. We are very grateful for them making our repairs a priority, even though they were very busy. Finally they provided us with a detailed report and photos that can be submitted the the manufacturer of the travel trailer for the Warranty claim.
