It looked small but i thought i don't know they are the professionals. I could not fit all my things in and accidentally left out 2 of my favorite chairs by mistake. As it took me 6 hours to unload my things. Next time I come in they charge me 150.00 extra dollars for a dump fee or disposal fee as they call it. I asked for the receipt and where it says in my contract that they charge that much. I know there are storage laws. We aren't in the wild west...well maybe here we are. Anyway my storage was up to date and then I get an email saying my account is 34 days past due. What the heck jow can it unless they spent my money and didnt put it on my account as I paid in cash. They have converted my disposal charge to my storage charge and now are threatening that my name be put in the paper. My due date is Jan 8th and feb 8th and so on they say by feb 11rh I will go in paper and my feb 27rh my things will be gone. Does this seem right. It seems that the wild west is lawless and a bully in these parts. Who would do that. I gave my notice and things got worse. I am sure if you check back they will expedite stealing my things from.me with a charge made up out of thier heads in a business that makes up there own rules as they go. I will keep you posted but they can look down at me and think one thing about me but all is unfounded and I think in this world called slander.

This business is disgusting. We travelled from Edmonton to Hope B.C. to attend a scheduled…read moresite-visit to arrange a cost estimate for work. We requested confirmation by telephone 3 times prior to travelling to Hope from Edmonton. Each time we needed to make our request by voice mail and received no response. The day of the scheduled appointment we used a local landline to call for an estimated time of arrival. We were advised that an email was sent to us declining a site visit. This email was not received in our in-box. However, an email was sent to us the end of our first travel day from Edmonton to Hope which I did see until I was advised, through this email, about cancellation of the site visit. After having called 3 times the week previous you would think that someone would respond. This did not happen. Absolutely disgusting business practise.

STAY AWAY! They are under new ownership and have terrible service and management…read more My furnace quit working over Christmas and I called Neels. In total I was charged $2,000 for overpriced and ineffective repairs over a few visits. The furnace has never since that time functioned more than intermittently at best. I requested another technician and I was told to get a new furnace somewhere else and that they had told me that from the start. They offered a $500 refund, which I refused. This was after: - the technician put the wrong blower motor in, and charged me for the second visit to install the right one - the electrical wiring was not professionally completed - After I insisted repeatedly to the technician that the house and furnace was 30 years old and I'd rather buy a new furnace than throw money at parts - but then they had the nerve to say that I refused to replace my furnace and only put money on repairs. I've been replacing appliances steadily with high end new appliances. Why would I spend thousands on repairs? Other heating companies told me it should not have been so expensive to fix had I chosen that route. I would not cheap out on properly addressing a furnace and go through all this terrible mess of incapable service and be stuck $2,000 in deep, and now purchasing a new furnace with a different company like I should have in the first place. STAY AWAY!

I didn't think that was possible lol. I'm amazed at how quickly and efficiently they got everything done - I actually don't understand this wizardry. Some of this stuff was HEAVY. Anyways, I cannot recommend them enough. They made the process so easy for us - THANK YOU for making a tough situation so much easier. Professional, prompt, timely. That's how I would describe them.

We were back to Artisans Attic for another browse and look about the shop during a recent…read morelate-March stay in Hope. As the last time when we entered this small shop, we were immediately impressed with how much "stuff & such" was on display. All wall spaces, tables, and shelves were filled with their unique, and colourful offerings of all kinds - very nicely-displayed, and presented to catch passing eyes! For daughter and I once again, the same variety and selections of crafts, gifts, and such as seen before. Of special note to me this visit though, was seeing the large collection of 'hand-painted glassware by Errol Brimacombe'. It was nice to see such a wide-selection of this Chilliwack artist's glassware pieces on display here (and my photo only shows pieces on the table, missing the others on shelves behind) The same wonderful aromas of their homemade fudges, gelato offerings, and other sweets filled the air, and added that same nice touch to the senses of our previous visit. We were happy to have had this chance for a return visit to this fine shop.
