I have been a patient of Dr Rasi for over 10 years. I come to this office for all my dental needs. Dr Rasi is professional, friendly, nice and funny. Whenever he sees me, he always compliments my smiles. Also, Dr Rasi is very good looking. That's a plus of course! :) I come to this office few times a year for my regular cleaning. My hygienist is Stephanie. She is amazing, patient and gentle. Whenever she cleans my teeth, she is very detailed. When she is done, I always feel so clean! All the staffs at the office always made me feel very welcomed. The office is clean and bright. I've never officially met Dr Ciccarelli but I did saw him one time while I was at the office. He is really good looking as well. There are 2 good looking dentists at the same office. That's a major plus! read more

Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist. BUT at Dr. Rasi's office....they make you want to come! The whole staff is very friendly. Dr. Rasi makes his patients feel very comfortable when he's working on their teeth. His office is very technologically advanced. They have various tools and computers to diagnose teeth decay and even speed up the healing process for canker sore and cold sores...plus various others to care for his patients teeth. I started going here about a year ago after hearing a commercial on KSFM 107.9. I attending one of their sponsored dinners to get more information for invisalin. I later became a patient and under went invisalin treatment. I am very happy with my results! Since then I go every 6 months for my annual cleanings, which is great because I get free teeth whitening for life! In addition to treating his patients teeth, Dr. Rasi recognizes his patients. After hearing an ad on 106.5, I thought i'd give this place a try. However, each of the three times i've interacted with the appointment reservation staff, they seemed rather bored and uninterested in having me as a client. I even tried to come across rather eager and excited to see if that might rub off on them, but still got nothing. I had no reminder call about my appointment or follow up that I missed it either. The only reason I found out was I saw an old calendar item I had created for it. They do have nice commercials on the radio, I just wished their customer service was as nice too. read more

My niece Jennifer was aware of how unhappy I was with my current dentist. She told me about Dr.Rasi and I googled him to read some reviews. What I read convinced me to make a consultation appointment. During my initial consultation, I was given a very thorough examination, X-rays taken and ultimately after all the information was gathered, I met with Dr. Rasi to discuss his recommendations for my treatment. Let me preface this by saying, that my mouth was a complete disaster. Crowns and bridges had come off, teeth needed to be extracted, etc. Over the next few minutes Dr. Rasi reviewed his findings and offered three different treatment options. There was never any pressure exacted upon me to choose the most expensive treatment. In fact, when I explained my financial situation, he took great pains to give me the best plan that would fit my budget restrictions. Fast forward to having gotten the extractions done at another facility, I was ready to begin my restoration process. That was in September. It is now October and a couple of week's ago, after some extensive prep work, two beautiful bridges replaced what had been four rather ugly front teeth. I now have six amazing top front teeth, and I'm finally allowing myself to smile my old smile again. I still need to have some partials made to complete the whole process, but the impact of just getting these two bridges has been life changing for me. My first look in the handheld mirror brought forth happy tears and those tears of joy were also shared by Dr. Rasi's incredible assistant Deanna and even Dr. R got misty eyed. It was quite the Hallmark moment. Dr. Rasi is so much more than a dentist. He is a true artist who worked hand and hand with the lab who made my bridges using prior photos of me to insure that they would be a work of art that helped restore my smile. I owe him a debt of gratitude that I will never be able to repay. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the reception and especially the financial staff who did their best work to accommodate my financial challenges. They were always so pleasant in presenting my different payment options. I eagerly look forward to the completion of my treatment knowing that the end result will be worth every penny. Very disappointed with my most recent visits with this facility. I had work done on a tooth about two years ago, and the tooth hurt constantly since that day. The gums would swell every few months, I had been unable to chew or have anything hold or cold on that side. I had gone in at least 2 specific times that I can remember in the past two years complaining specifically for the tooth to be looked at. X-rays were taken and was told the tooth just needs time to adjust, same response each time. A few months ago the tooth ended up getting infected (or could have been the entire time as I had constant issues for two years) my face was so swollen with a golf ball size knot, missed work, and ended up needing to go to a specialist to have a root canal done to fix the entire tooth. Doing so maxed out my insurance for the year, and cost me over $1,000 out of pocket on top of that. I called the office and left a voicemail expressing my concern with how the situation was handled and received no communication from the facility to follow up, and address the situation. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received especially since I had been going to this facility for 6+ years. Due to this reason I do not recommend anyone use this facility. read more

They are a bit overpriced, and I have heard that across the board, but you are getting what you pay for people and I am paying for honesty, state of the art technology, educated staff, caring staff and helpful and comfortable places. OVERPRICED. UNCARING STAFF! The filling I went in for came out fine but the amount I was charged and the lack of regard for customer service was appalling. My first time in the office will also be my last time. I went in for them to replace a filling that had fallen out and left with a hole still in my tooth. I arrived and told the ladies at the front desk that I was there for my appointment. I waited about 20min (which is fine) but found out that they couldn't find my insurance and they wouldn't let me back in to see the doctor until they found it. After having to call my employer and confirming that the information that I had previously given them was correct, they finally found my insurance and I was allowed back. At this point it was 35min past my appointment time. I had minimal x-rays done of the tooth where the filling fell out (I am pregnant so that is really all they could do). No cleaning. No exam. Dr. Rasi was very pleasant to speak with and had an excellent bedside manner. However, our conversation ran long and because of the mishap at the desk before my appointment he did not have time to fill my tooth! The soonest available appointment was over a week from my initial appointment! I was sent home with a hole still in my tooth on top of my morning sickness. I was not a happy camper! When I returned the filling was quick and it took about 15min from start to finish. I was unhappy that I had to wait over a week for this to be done. When I was walking out I paid about $80 that they said should cover the cost after insurance and I left. Two months later I got a bill in the mail for nearly $200! AFTER INSURANCE! I have never had to pay that much for a single filling! They didn't even have to drill into my tooth! I immediately called and asked them to send me a detailed invoice of the costs. No email. I called again a few days later asking politely for them to resend the email. NO EMAIL. I called a third time and found that they had entered my email incorrectly, which is simply my first and last name combined. I guess just looking at the minimal x-rays and confirming my filling fell out is warranted as a "partial consultation" and worthy of over a hundred dollar charge? My filling was nearly $300 on its own. I didn't know that an upscale establishment would nickel and dime its clients as this one clearly had! I guess they have to pay for their radio advertisements somehow... My insurance paid close to $220 and I paid out of pocket $230. For a grand total of $450!! I begrudgingly paid what was owed on my account and asked for a mailed receipt of payment that I still have yet to receive (I paid nearly two weeks ago). After all of this I still did not complain. Here's what set me over the edge. An extremely unpleasant letter came in the mail that stated that "as I know" I owe them money that is 90 days past due on my account and I have been "unwilling" to pay which is prompting them to take more "aggressive" action. I immediately called to make sure my payment went through, as I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT, and the lady on the other end said it did. I asked why I received the condescending letter and her response was that it was generic and they probably prepared it and it got mailed after I paid. Unless they forgot to send out mail for a over a week I highly doubt it. I asked her if they review accounts before sending this letter as it is offensive and her response was canned and uncaring "No it's generic". No apology or remedy offered for the damage done to the relationship. I will NOT be returning. read more

I was excited to return back to Dr Rasi's office after having to switch due to insurance coverage. The dentists and the hygienists have always been wonderful. However, this last year I returned and am not happy with what took place with billing. First I was told I would pay one amount for fillings and got billed a different amount when they only had time for one tooth (notes were wrong in the computer). Also, in all my years I've never had a dental office not confirm with my insurance whether I have an available cleaning in a calendar year. I now received a bill from your office for a cleaning for $97 because they didn't call my insurance to confirm when my cleanings were. I've never had a dental office make me be responsible for tracking when my cleanings were in the past offices did it for me. In addition I've always gotten a negative vibe from the women who reviews my coverage for dental procedures. She's less than pleasant and somewhat snooty. In addition, while this is a nice office with newer technology they just charge far too much for their services. read more

I started using Dr. Rasi's office this month. I actually use Dr. Ciccarelli and I couldn't be more happy. My entire life I have been afraid of the dentist, from childhood I had a bad experience. The first time I walked into the office here I felt at ease. They are so comforting and it seems like everyone is truly happy to be there. My first appointment was very long and thorough, which was actually fine because they covered all treatment necessary and came up with a plan. Yesterday I went back to start treatment. I had an old silver filling that needed to be removed as it had cracked and I needed a crown to replace it, as well as a very small filling :( Once I was in the room I was comforted by the hygienist. She gave me a quick overview of the procedures, offered me Bose noise cancelling headphones and an iPod then treatment began. Dr. Ciccarelli numbed my mouth which by the way I did not feel a thing, and he went to work. Within about 30 mins the old trauma to the tooth was fixed and the new procedure was started. They offered multiple breaks and checked in with me frequently during the procedure to make sure I was feeling ok. After my tooth was completed they fitted me for my temporary crown and my teeth whitening for life trays then sent me on my way. I will need to return in 2 weeks to get my permanent crown. During this whole process I was comfortable. There were times when I started to get a little nervous, but it seemed like they knew exactly when that was, as they stopped for breaks. I could not believe how easy and comfortable the process was. In fact I called my dad on the way home and told him he needed to switch his dentist immediately. When I have had a procedure in the past the last thing I wanted to do was talk, let alone say good things about the dentist. I would usually be in pain and uncomfortable. This was not the case. The numbing wore off a few hours later and there is no pain at all. Today I feel as if nothing happened at all. I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and am so happy! Not only are my teeth feeling better, they are looking better and i'm paying the same price as I paid with an old dentist who made me uncomfortable. I set an apt. Over a month ago. I called in the day of the apt to confirm the time and was told they canceled my apt because my phone was disconnected when they tried to call. FALSE! I have had the same number for over 10 years! She said they tried to call and confirm but yhey had a few"emergancies" so they had to cancel my apt. I had requested the time off from work and now need to request a new day. I was asked if I would like to reschedule and I declined! read more

He's a con artist. 1st they tell you they accept your insurance. You see him and he tells you all this work you need done. Then you get a huge bill because they don't actually take your insurance. They nicely tell you it's their mistake and they will write it off. Then you find out they just sent you to collections so they don't have to bother with you anymore, didn't even make a effort to collect. Just lied that they'd take care of it then straight to collections. Even gave the wrong address and phone number to the collections agency. Numbers you've never heard of so you don't find out until you run a credit report. Then to make it even worse you go see a good dentist who can't even believe you were told you needed all this work done because your teeth are fine aside from a couple cavities. He's a joke and should have his license revoked. read more

WOW! Looks like I should have done my homework and looked on Yelp before I had a filling done here as I was told it would be a certain amount, and got a bill a month later for 3 times the amount. I thought I did my homework by having the accounting person contact our insurance and tell me what would be the out of pocket cost, but unfortunately, they are either incompetent or liars and told me AFTER the service they have no way of knowing what my insurance would cover. It's too bad because the dental assistants and Dr Rasi are very pleasant, but I can never trust any quotes they give me for any service other than a cleaning so they lost my husband and I's business. First and foremost let me say that I heard about Dr. Rasi on the radio because I listen to Channel 933. The advertisements stated that they provided free teeth whitening for life and that they have all the newest technologies such as painless procedures and that is what first attracted me to this dentist. When Initially the staff came of as nice but in a really generic way. Not genuine at all but I figured for all the "new technology they advertised it would be worth the Fakeness! I was wrong! After my first ex rays I was given a list of out of pocket expensive after my insurance and copays. Specifically I was told a crown would cost me around $400.00 out of pocket and not being a regular dentist goer I took it with a grain of salt. Once the crown was replaced I received an invoice in the mail for almost $1000.00. When I called Dr. Rasi's office the receptionist told me that because the crown was only 4 years old my insurance would not cover it. They instructed me to file a claim with my insurance company and I did but not a month later I stated receiving collection notices in the mail from Mr. Rasi's office. I went ahead and paid the bill but rest assure that I was not happy. I am not a wealthy individual and this caused hardship in my finances. That's not even the worst part. I recently went to a new dentist and when I got new X-rays I discover that my thousand dollar crown has a hole in it and needs to be fixed. I called Dr. Rasi's offices and left a message and no one ever called me back. Don't believe the hype those people don't even care enough to check with insurance companies let alone return a phone call. read more

He's excellent at his craft. His ability and his staff's attitude turn this from a chore into a pleasant experience.
