Refused to allow records to be sent from previous dentist. Cares only about making money and not about the patient. Not ethical. Beware.

The original dentist I had when I went in initially, has moved. There are now two dentists, one male, one female. I have been served by the female dentist. She is very good communicating the procedure[s] before they are done. The staff is friendly and efficient. They contact your insurer, get the approval and provide a listing of all procedures, what the insurance will cover and what the patient needs to be prepared to pay. I like to go in early in the AM for appointments as there is no backlog of patients and the rest of the day is mine. Located within 15 minutes of our home, it is very convenient for us. Do not particularly like going to the dentist, however if I have to go I prefer to go here. Keep up the great service. Kristin P. I operate incognito therefore the alias.

In 2021 my husband and I began seeing this dental office. For the first year or so, all went well…read more Here's what happened: My husband and I had separate insurance policies with Cigna. We also had separate HRA's. I asked the office to contact me for mine, my husband for his. Sometime after the first year, I went in for a cleaning and was told my husband owed this office a substantial amount of money. Not sure what they were talking about. A phone call from the office manager revealed that I owed nothing, but my husband owed money. I could only presume that the office had combined the two accounts. I contacted the insurance company, and was working toward separating the accounts. During this time, my husband received a cancer diagnosis, and we concentrated heavily on this issue. Also during this time, the office manager left a voicemail on my husband's phone. Being a bit preoccupied, he didn't listen to his voicemails . When I went through his phone, I discovered it was a voice mail from the office manager of this dental office. He had a scheduled cleaning, and decided he would speak to them when he went in. When he arrived at his appointment time, they informed him that they had cancelled his appointment, and sent his account to collections. Now, we cannot file anything to either HRA, as the deadline had passed. When I've called the office the staff is very short. I went in the office this past Monday, as my bridge had popped off while I was out of town. I discovered that the office manager had been involved in a serious accident and was not available. I spoke with the girl at the front desk, explained what had gone on, and she assured me that someone would call me back. When she pulled up MY account, it had my husband's cellphone number on it, not mine. Since my husband has passed away, that number will do them no good. I had to give her my number again. Guess what? No phone call. I can't tell you how displeased I am with this office. While Dr. Lopez is an absolute wonder, the office staff is not so great. In fact, I don't recognize anyone in that office anymore.

I am very unhappy with the price and professionalism of this company…read more Our company was referred to Jeremiah at Inverness Dental Arts, as we were using a different material for our patient than we normally would. I contacted Jeremiah and asked for information and price quotes. He gave little information as to his procedures and gave me a very vague quote. We worked back and forth with impressions that were sent cross country to have this product made. Finally we received an incomplete partial (just a piece of plastic material) and a rather pricey invoice. The invoice was above price quoted and the partial was incomplete. With confusion, I called Inverness Dental Arts and left a message asking him to call our office. (I called after his hours due to time change) Upon coming into the office the next day I called his office again since I had not received a return call and still had questions. I asked about the partial being incomplete and the invoice price being much higher than expected. (6 times more) He said we could send the partial back for it to be completed but there would be additional costs. I was quite surprised as the invoice price for the framework was 6x the amount we typically pay. I began asking him about his procedures and why there had not been any communication from his office of needs and/or information. He stated that they did know to finish the product, although our lab slip had finished materials marked. At this point Jeremiah proceeded to raise his voice at me and told me he "didn't care" that we weren't happy and we didn't have to use his company. I asked him not to raise his voice that I wanted to have a conversation because I had questions and felt at this point we were going to be paying for something that we were going to take to complete. Then Jeremiah hung up on me. Not only has this process taken our office over a month, but we expected to receive a finished product and so was our Patient. This has made us look like we don't know what we are doing. Jeremiah did call me back to apologize for his anger but we are still left with an unfinished partial that we paid 6 times the amount we normally would and an unhappy patient. We will not use this lab in the future.
