I started bringing my 90-year old Mom with me for semi-annual cleanings. While going to sit in the waiting room, she missed the edge of the couch and fell to the floor. Maybe a foot to a foot and a half. Not enough to cause any damage or pain. We went through the cleanings without further incident. My next appointment was sooner than Mom's next visit. As I prepared to book our next appointments after that one, I was told they are booked more than a year out. Never has that ever been the case with my scheduling follow up cleanings. The only conclusion to draw is that this "professional" was afraid of some type of legal ramifications should another "incident" occur. Given the office never reached out to me for follow ups since is beyond acceptable. I have moved on. They recently took $700 from me when they were in network with the insurance company and were informed by the insurance company that they should refund the money to me .They have made no effort to refund the money to me I have made several visits to the office and the person on duty feigned all knowledge of this matter.The AGE STRONG ORGANIZATION a senior citizen's assistance organization has also called them.
