I was told that I needed a cleaning and two fillings redone first. The female dentist who did my work was late to the appointment, rushed through my cleaning, and had trouble getting the tools to work while doing my fillings. Two weeks after this appointment I began experiencing pain while eating on the right side filling. A few weeks later I experienced pain on my left side filling while eating. Both fillings caused pain any time I ate anything. I also had sensitivity to cold and hot foods with all of my teeth. I have never experienced pain or sensitivity with my teeth before. I scheduled a follow up appointment. When I came in I was told that there was nothing wrong with the fillings and I should wait to see if the pain goes away. I was also told I should get an $800 mouth guard to help with the pain. Neither of these options made any sense to me. I was told I should come back in two weeks for a follow up. After this appointment the pain worsened. Then the pain spread to my neck and lymph nodes under my chin. I called the office several times and finally the owner Dr.Jin called me. Both him and the female dentist are out of town for the week and he said I should go see another dentist. I told him if I had to get work done at another dentist I wanted my money back. He refused and told me good luck. Last night I had to go to the emergency room to get antibiotics for the raging infection in my mouth. I will now have to go to another dentist to get both fillings cleaned out and redone. The response from both of the dentists at this office was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They took absolutely no accountability. Now I have to heal from infection and get further dental work done. If you value your teeth, health, time, and money do not come here.

I started bringing my 90-year old Mom with me for semi-annual cleanings. While going to sit in the waiting room, she missed the edge of the couch and fell to the floor. Maybe a foot to a foot and a half. Not enough to cause any damage or pain. We went through the cleanings without further incident. My next appointment was sooner than Mom's next visit. As I prepared to book our next appointments after that one, I was told they are booked more than a year out. Never has that ever been the case with my scheduling follow up cleanings. The only conclusion to draw is that this "professional" was afraid of some type of legal ramifications should another "incident" occur. So be aware, do not trust them. * Also, they have no manager and hasn't had one for months. Red flag. So any billing difficulties, is on your hands to resolve because they will not assist you. It's you against them at this point. Now, I will have to bring them to small cases court to continue this difficulty because front desk will not service you and there is no manager to even manage the place. I didn't feel that the dentist cared. I was uncomfortable after these visits and drove for over an hour to see my old dentist who had to fix my fillings to adjust my bite.

After informing him of my symptoms he utilized multiple different tests to isolate the issue (turns out it was just some minor gum recession!).
