Very tasty! I ordered beef with Chinese vegetables. The vegetables were not over cooked like other restaurants. The crab Rangoon were nice and crispy, and the eggroll was crispy, and the vegetable on the inside was not over cooked as well. It's my new go to. read more

To start off I don't eat Chinese on the regular Maby once a month or two. I've tried every place in Racine as well. I can tell you two things off to start. 1- this place is hands down the best around 2- best bang for your buck. I'll order a big meal for the family it comes 15-30 and it's hot like I ordered it at a sit down. The food is always fresh, never soggy. The pork fried rice has so much flavor and is soooo good. I've tried a good portion of the menu and have never been disappointed. Honestly I do t even waste time ordering anywhere else anymore. I love this place! I get food from there all the time as takeout and it is really good. It is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Racine. Their food is full of flavor and made fresh every time. I drive past several other Chinese restaurants on my way there and well worth it. The owner is always friendly and when she sees me she'll always come up and talks to me. If your feeling a little hungry, get a meal and an order of the fried dumplings. They are sooo good. The dumplings alone could be a meal but I like to save some for leftovers the next day. I've gotten dumplings in other restaurants but their tiny and fall way short. Seriously give them a try!! read more

My husband and I decided to get take out a few months back and was not impressed with the food. The place was pretty empty when we got there and it took nearly 30 mins for us to get our food. When we got home my dish was not cooked all the way and the beef in my dish had a nasty smell to it. My husbands food was okay that's why I give it a 2 star. Pretty much run of the mill Chinese food. Good value lunch menu, delicious vegetable egg rolls.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I was absolutely lied to. They told me 25 minutes delivery time and it took an hour. She also told me that my dish came with vegetables and all I got was onions in it. My sushi was all fallen apart and not together at all. On top of all of that, when the delivery driver came, he was not polite or nice at all. He had a passenger in his car and it took him 4 minutes to get out of his car. By far the best Chinese food in town. The Hunan beef was excellent spicy but not crazy hot just great flavor. The order was ready when they said it was going to be and the food was good as always. I ordered delivery tonight and it came in the amount of time they said it would (40-50 min on a Friday night), and was hot and exactly as I had ordered. I have been to one other recommended Chinese restaurant in town, and can confidently say Rong Hua is much more flavorful. The woman who delivered my food was very friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they don't have any tofu options on their menu - of course this will not be a problem for most people! I just moved here to Racine. I searched Yelp to find that this place had pretty good reviews....I ordered Kung Pao Chicken. The chicken came breaded so the first thing I thought...what are they trying to hide? It certainly wasn't plump fresh white meat chicken (which is what is usually used). I also ordered a chicken egg roll....no kidding I found 2 pieces of chicken the size of an eraser inside. I will not be returning. read more

We placed and order for delivery, and I received a call saying the driver was at our residence. I went outside and asked if he rang the bell, and he rudely responded "no." He didn't even say thank you, or have a smile on his face. He walked away with an attitude like it was inconvenient for him to ring the bell. The food was AWFUL! The honey chicken was sweet n sour chicken drenched in honey. The general tso was soggy and inedible, and the lomein was hard. Besides crappy food, the service sucked. I will never return! read more

Yummy! I'm very impressed with this restaurant. The quality of the vegetables, shrimp, beef and even their soup and rice are all delicious and fresh. I get the feeling that the employees take pride in serving delicious food. While I have not yet had the pleasure of dining in, this restaurant is fast becoming my favorite take out/delivery in all of Racine. While other restaurants seem to be cutting corners and serving frozen and reheated dishes, Rong Hua has fresh delicious broccoli and tender beef and chicken. I've tried: sesame chicken, wonton soup (delicious), beef chop suey, fried rice (is brown but that is how it is meant to be. I really like the way they do it. Lots of flavor), Mongolian beef (terrific, tender beef and great flavor. I am not usually a fan but my friend ordered it and won me over), walnut shrimp (always a favorite). While the walnut shrimp was great, I thought one or two of the walnuts didn't taste right. Either burnt or not fresh? But it was First rate even with that. I'm looking forward to trying orange beef and some kind of shrimp with mushrooms tomorrow. When I'm already planning what to order on my next visit, you know it's good. By the way, I'm not always a fan of broccoli, but they cook it to perfection. It's firm and tender and flavorful. Delivery is always courteous, on time, and order is correct/reliable. Delivery time was fine, the girl that took my order was in such a hurry I barely got everything I wanted to say out. Don't waste your money. The first time we ordered from here it was great, but since then it has been ok. We ordered from them today and were told 40 minutes. After a hour we called and were told he would be there anytime. We called maybe 5 times to be told 10 minutes over and over again. Almost 2 hours from when we order it shows up barely warm and not that great. When we complained they didn't seem to understand how they had done anything wrong. I understand things happen, but to continue to tell us 10 minutes and not just be honest and not to understand why there is an issue is ridiculous. We will not be ordering from them again. read more
