    Tuna tataki

Never had a bad meal there! Being it is a sushi bar, that is what I get. Always trying something new. Tonight I had spicy edamame and stuns tataki. They were both absolutely fantastic. Also had a spicy yellowtail roll just in case it wasn't enough but it was. I couldn't finish it all! This is my go to sushi place! If you haven't tried it you're missing out!

    Egg rolls were pretty good

So disappointed tonight. I'll say, the sushi (for Alexander City comparisons) is easily 4.5 stars.... but man, everything else is trash. Y'all! look at this . I could have made better teriyaki chicken. No seasoning, wattery sauce, microwave steamed broccoli. No egg or veggies in the fried rice (which was under cooked), a "salad" was just lettuce and a cup of dressing.... egg rolls were okay at best. I've been here a lot of times for sushi... stick to the sushi, don't order anything else.

Nuruto. It's very good everytime I get this.

I'm giving the service side a 4. The food was a 5. I always when I come here find that the girl working seems to be more eager to leave than cater to the people in the Restaraunt. It's all the servers that work here upfront.

    Ronin Roll! Yum

For a small rural town, this is a top notch sushi bar. Take the time to try it out. Cant go wrong here. Everything is great.

Surprisingly good Sashimi. The Chicken is extremely good and tender. Waitresses are nice and helpful!

Service was garbage. Food was even worse. They try and charge you way more than what you got

After attempting to come 2 different times, I finally made it again! I hadn't been in over a year…read more To drink: I recommend the bushwhacker an Aperol Spritz, or a Blood Orange Margarita. The bushwhacker is more creamy with a chocolate drizzle and is not as boozy as other places on the Lake. The Aperol Spritz transports me straight back to Austria or Italy! Delicious if you like grapefruit and very refreshing. The Blood Orange Marg is unique. All the above are the perfect refreshments for a hot afternoon at Lake Martin. This place is always packed in the summer, if you can find a slip or table! Definitely recommend getting a table asap and looking at the menu later. Also note that they have tricky hours, so definitely worth checking Google beforehand. For food: We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp (more appetizer size than entree), the queso, and Grouper Bites. The shrimp were small but tasty. The queso was large and in my humble opinion could've been served with more chips. The Grouper Bites were very small fried pieces of fish-- a little overpriced imho. Overall great afternoon snacking.

The bar and food lines are separate so half our group stood in the bar line and half our group stood in the food line. Cheese curds were amazing, shrimp basket was good, and the sliders were ok. Had to fight for a table since it was so busy.

You get two pieces of salmon and it was nice and flaky, I love that you don't have to choose between noodles and rice at Yume because they give you both! The veggies were okay. They were a bit soggy because of the way they were all steamed under a bowl for a while. I actually look forward to the slight crunch of hibachi vegetables. Our chef was also a little heavy handed with the terayaki, but overall we enjoyed the food. Atmosphere: Fun. Hibachi is always entertaining. Our chef was great with his fire tricks. Good choice for a celebration. Price: Typical for hibachi spots. $25-$45pp. 18% gratuity automatically added for groups of six or more, which is also pretty standard. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be back to try some of the sushi!

The Combo Fried Rice I order was delicious. It could have used a little more seasoning; perhaps with dark soy sauce and garlic. But as is, it is worth ordering again. The Basil Chicken, although delicious, was heavy on the brown sauce that was loaded with corn starch. It wouldn't have been a problem had the sauce been a flavor bomb, but unfortunately it was not. I ordered spice level 4, but what I received was not even close to level 4 spicy. In fact, it wasn't spicy at all. The dining room looks very comfortable and inviting. There is also a bar inside which was unattended and empty. The customer service was very good. The hostess was kind and helpful. I'll visit again when in the area.
