I found Aida's on a whim and went in immediately in the morning as they open at 7 am. I noted the stains on my coat and they paid special attention to them. They have super fast service and got my coat done in 2 days for under $20! I was thrilled I could spend the rest of my work trip wearing my nice coat. The staff here is also so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for over 20 years! I also recommended this place to my friend recently during COVID and she let me know they also do delivery and pickup which is really nice especially during this pandemic where it's not really safe to go outside. When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.

They make you buy a laundry card with cash only to use the machines, but there's no one there to tell you that. the knobs on the machines were disgusting and left my hands visibly dirty...
