I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

My first impression made me feel more like family than a laundry client. She assured me that my clothes were in good hands with her and that she had years of professional experience handling delicate and high end clothing. I had zero qualms after speaking with her and now Janet has a life long customer. When I come back to patchogue for Thanksgiving, I'll be trusting my clothes with Janet. Unfortunately, my summer excursion went by way too fast but I could enjoy it without worry once I saw the phenomenal care to detail Janet paid to my garments.
