Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. Very busy, especially with…read moredrop-off service, which is good for business, but it was hard to find available machines except very early mornings. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.

When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.

We really like this laundromat and have been coming here for a while now! There arent homeless…read morepeople harassing you inside and out of the business, they have visible security cameras, and they lock the doors after midnight...oh yeah...certain days they are open 24 hours, which works for us since we are so busy most of the time. The parking lot has lots of spaces, but the lot is so small at the same time, it scares me, how tight it is...I've witnessed someone hitting my door while I was sitting there....hence the star drop. They have an ATM, and plastic cards that you need to add a balance to. The cards give you the credits for the machines. They are about 7 to 9 dollars, which isn't bad at all, especially when the dryers are free (for the most part). They say on the signs that you only need 20 to 30 min for the dryers, but I find that on medium heat, we need 50 so the credits run out. By the way, if you need detergent, dryer sheets, any of that stuff, they have it to purchase, cash and cards accepted. Also, the music inside is actually good! They play hits from the 80s and 90s,.and there is a TV on news 12 as well. If you want to leave, there is a 711, bagel boss, and plenty of food and coffee chains on that road.

The girls behind the counter are always so polite and every time they say it'll be ready the next day they call me a few hours later to say that they're ready for pick up the same day. All of them are very efficient and keep the place clean , tidy and I just immaculate. My grandmother worked as a laundry assistant in the Bronx for so many years and your girls keep your place of business the way my grandmother used to keep the place she worked at the same way. Most people would only post a negative and I called to see if I could speak to the owners directly because I wanted to tell you in person how lucky you are to have the staff you have . DON'T EVER LOSE THEM. Your place is the only place I recommend to people because how wonderful and helpful the staff is.
