Friend and I were driving to breakfast when all of a sudden my dashboard lit up and my car stopped working! We coasted into the nearby restaurant where we were headed thankfully. We got out and did the obvious - look under the hood for fluid leaks, smoke, etc... but nothing for the plain eye to see. I went to Yelp to see if there were any services near that could help and that is when I found this shop. I called A&L, told them what happened and they kept it real with me basically saying they didn't know what it could be either, but they could fit me in that morning to take a look. I decided to have the car towed versus trying to drive it and possibly damage it further. I asked if they knew any tow companies and they gave me info for a local company they do business with (that was also excellent btw!). Once my car arrived at A&L they let me know they were close to finishing up another vehicle and would look into mine after they were done. They have a very small waiting area which is set up nicely with a couch, tv with all entertainment you could want and a vending machine. It really is only big enough for a couple people. When it was my turn, they looked at the car while I chilled in the waiting area de-stressing watching tv. They came back, explained the problem, quoted me a price and let me know they could fix it that same morning while I waited! WOW! They did have to send someone for the part. The pricing also seemed very reasonable. I accepted. (Note I later discussed what happened with my existing local trusted mechanic and he confirmed their pricing was AMAZING as was the fact they were able to help so quickly. As a non-mechanical person there is a lot of trust that goes here). They had my problem diagnosed, resolved and paid for all in a few hours. I was very impressed! My friend even stated this was a blessing as many shops have waiting lists right now for basic items. Summary - USE this shop! Take your car here! They are trustworthy, efficient, affordable and no bs. They do what they say they can do and they are upfront about now being able to diagnose without seeing the vehicle.

However, this is a low pressure sale and I ended up getting what I think is a really fair deal. I waited a week before the review to make sure the after sale support was as good as the presale. My salesperson Jamie showed me Carfax and went through it. When I didn't know how to lock the axle and use the electronic sway bar they helped me figure it out. They were very helpful. The next morning I was contacted by Jamie as a follow up to make sure everything was ok. I had a problem with my headlights not being aligned and he offered for me to bring it in but I was able to adjust them myself. I wanted the title asa because I was leaving town and I received it ahead of when then they told me. That allowed me to get to the DMV and registered before I left town and they supplied me with all the paperwork I needed to make it easy at the DMV. I feel really comfortable if I had to go back there with an issue.

Prior to shipping the truck, which cost me an additional $1000.00, to ship from from Missouri to Arizona, I asked Tanner Smith, twice, to confirm that the truck had no rust on it. Both times he told me that the truck was rust free. Look at the photos and tell me if you agree with Tanner Smith's response to my rust free question? The frame is so rusted and brittle, that it's literally cracked. (See photo) The brakes were so rusted they had to be cut off. (See photo) There are too many issues with this truck to mention here. To date, I have spent $5,500.00 just to get it road worthy. Please be advised that I purchased this Tacoma from the Kar Lot because of a deceiving headline composed by liars and fraudsters in a Craigslist ad. This truck did not drive excellent as advertised. Nor was it accident or rust free nor had it ever been serviced or inspected as per the ad. Pure and simple, this is fraud. I was scammed/ripped off. Don't get scammed/ripped off.
