Based on recent credit history...I rate 1.9% financing on a brand new vehicle...however on a 2012 SLT used Terrain my credit wasn't worthy. North of 6% and needing a vehicle I signed up. Six months removed, there wasn't a bank willing to consider a refinance because the car was a rental car and not worth what we paid. In fact, the car was under water in comparison not several months removed. We were told the vehicle was a loaner vehicle of the dealership. I'm convinced at the time, this car was well maintained. Not a rental car, getting ran balls to the wall for all the miles, then bought at an auction and sold to me three days later. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE from John Jones or his number sales person in that store or any store ever again. The say in life that your family and friends will take advantage of you without hesitation. I chose not to name this person, however, you get out of life what you put in. In closing, never trust anyone. Shop around and don't believe that your credit isn't optimal. I'm now paying 3 times less interest a year removed with two mortgages on my credit versus the one I had then. Plus I'm in a brand new vehicle.....

I've been going annually for…read moreyears for general maintenance but I've also had them install tires, and add chrome that I can't do myself on my 03' Fatboy. Each time I've been able to get a quick appointment, the work has always been done within a day (sometimes same day) and at a damn fraction of what most people pay at the Genuine HD dealer. Aside from being quicker and cheaper there're damn nice people who don't act like your typical arrogant HD dealer minions in parts and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Well.. They installed a new fuel pump.. Didn't last 24 hours.. Called many times and no response…read more. The pump they put in took out my ignition switch.. Burned up a bunch of wires along with the fuel pump.. Its been in a repair shop for two weeks now.. Still doesn't run.. I just wanted to have them return the new pump as defective and so I'm out thousands of dollars.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My transmission gave out on the interstate, the owner and his employee assured me they had a good…read moretransmission and could get it installed within 24 hrs. 4 days later the truck still wouldn't stay in gear, the owner said he had no clue why. The local chevy dealer later informed me that they had installed a bad transmission. I asked the owner for a refund for the transmission only and not the labor. He refused laying the refund responsibility on his employee even though all my cash was handed to him and he gave me a receipt listing the sale of the transmission. The owner often likes to speak as if he's an employee despite clearly being the business owner.
