I was told my car would be done several times and it's not being done. Then I finally got a call from the general manager saying that they messed up on the paint and they were not going to let it go out like that. Then they had my car for 10 more days and they paid for my rental car. I'm pretty sure that's not just a paint issue. I was told at pickup it was a supply issue. I finally go pick up the car and when I get it home I notice how messed out the car actually still is. Attached are the photos. This is after they said that it was just like it was after the factory. Not to mention they left the instructions on how to put my car back together in the car. There's white dust covering everything on the interior and it smelled weird. I haven't even had my car back for a week and I've noticed so many things wrong with the car. The panels do not line up. The wheel well plastic is sagging. I have brand new doors and it brand new quarter panel in which they all have scratches on or gouges. You can see where they messed up the weld and the quarter panel. The paint does not match. Attached all the photos. I have contacted my insurance adjuster, and the a body shop locally to have these issues repaired and now we're talking about a total loss again. And Cooper doesn't ever call you back just so you know if that is your main contact at the place. I have left him so many messages and I just got vague answers about why my car was taking so long. Like I could have done a better job than they did.

Went back several more times and they jus gave me excuses why they didn't have the parts. If you have them do work for you make them give you a written warranty on their work or you may get screwed like we did. I'll never deal with them again.

I drove to Finchum's and Mark was a life-saver! He quickly assessed what I needed and ordered me the part, which arrived the next day. It was a quicker, easy repair so they were able to fix my car for me before I needed to return home. They even fixed another minor problem I had. Take note, they could have lied and told me I had to buy a whole new bumper, but they didn't. Instead they used their expertise to rectify the problem and save me hundreds of dollars!
