Gerber Collision is an absolute nightmare. If you value your car, your time, or your sanity, stay far away. Their incompetence is staggering -- the repair took weeks longer than promised, and when I finally got my vehicle back, it looked worse than when I dropped it off. Panels were misaligned, paint was uneven, and basic issues were ignored. The worst part? Their sloppy work left me driving a car that felt unsafe, literally risking my life because of their negligence. No one should have to wonder if their vehicle is roadworthy after paying a "professional" shop. The staff couldn't care less. Communication was nonexistent unless I chased them down, and when I pointed out obvious problems, they brushed me off with excuses. It's clear they prioritize cutting corners over doing the job right. This place is a joke masquerading as a repair shop. Save yourself the headache and the danger -- go literally anywhere else. Gerber Collision should be embarrassed to call themselves professionals. read more

This was over a $12,000 repair…read more After insisting that my car could be repaired versus being a total loss, they have botched the repair. I was told my car would be done several times and it's not being done. Then I finally got a call from the general manager saying that they messed up on the paint and they were not going to let it go out like that. Then they had my car for 10 more days and they paid for my rental car. I'm pretty sure that's not just a paint issue. I was told at pickup it was a supply issue. I finally go pick up the car and when I get it home I notice how messed out the car actually still is. Attached are the photos. This is after they said that it was just like it was after the factory. Not to mention they left the instructions on how to put my car back together in the car. There's white dust covering everything on the interior and it smelled weird. I haven't even had my car back for a week and I've noticed so many things wrong with the car. The panels do not line up. The wheel well plastic is sagging. I have brand new doors and it brand new quarter panel in which they all have scratches on or gouges. You can see where they messed up the weld and the quarter panel. The paint does not match. Attached all the photos. I have contacted my insurance adjuster, and the a body shop locally to have these issues repaired and now we're talking about a total loss again. And Cooper doesn't ever call you back just so you know if that is your main contact at the place. I have left him so many messages and I just got vague answers about why my car was taking so long. Like I could have done a better job than they did.

I drove to Finchum's and Mark was a life-saver! He quickly assessed what I needed and ordered me the part, which arrived the next day. It was a quicker, easy repair so they were able to fix my car for me before I needed to return home. They even fixed another minor problem I had. Take note, they could have lied and told me I had to buy a whole new bumper, but they didn't. Instead they used their expertise to rectify the problem and save me hundreds of dollars! While we were there, I decided to add a windshield tint to my car (which had a brand-new windshield installed recently), and they knocked it out perfectly. His daughter Khloe at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. I love supporting family-owned businesses like this one, and it really shows in their attention to detail and customer care. As a bonus, I picked up some BullSnot detailing sprays while I was there, and that stuff works amazingly well! They gave me a quote of $255 for my mustang for 35% tint. I made the appt and showed up today. They…read moresaw some residue from detailing on the bottom of the back glass and also wanted to then remove the factory tint off the quarter windows and said it would be $60 more to tint my mustang. They claimed the residue was from a previous tint at the bottom of the back window, yet I told them the vehicle was never tinted. I just confirmed with the prior owner the car was never tinted and confirmed the residue is just from detailers cleaning the back window and it did wipe right off. When I got the quote I told them the quarter windows were tinted and I just requested the 2 door windows, back glass and strip on the front. Yet, today they said I had to do the quarter windows and they need to remove the factory tint and they kept claiming the residue from detailing was from a previous tint and I already confirmed there was never tint there. So from $255 they wanted to add $60, that's almost a 25% increase to do the job, plus when you swipe your card they want you to add a tip to the charge. So they go from a $255 quote to $215 plus tax and tip after I arrive. I declined and told them I would go elsewhere, I have already found another tint location that gave me an honest quote after looking at my mustang after I left this tint location. I would not recommend volunteer window tinting, they tried to add $60 to the quote and had no issue with me leaving. They lost a paying customer and they lost a tint job for the day, where instead their employees stood around making zero dollars instead of the $255 they would have for the original quote provided. Avoid this place, their dishonestly and adding additional charges for false claims proved they are not trustworthy. They work hard to sponsor posts on Facebook to gain new customers, obviously for a reason.

We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

They priced it at $497, and when we told them we didn't have that much to spend because we already knew what was wrong and what it should cost us they told us it would still be 3 hours before our car was ready because they had to "put it back together" and the dude working on it was on a lunch break... so without even getting any service done they took 4 hours and charged us $119 just to tell us what the alleged "problem" was... they have no idea what they are doing and they are very rude and lazy.

Owner, Patrick, as well as rest of staff communicated very well throughout the process- in fact better than salvage company and even found a better deal on the part. The process took longer than expected solely due to salvage company delays. Service Street was on their game every time I called for updates and helped expedite the process faster than other locations might have. I will be back as I appreciated the staffs ability to communicate service without hesitation or attempt to upsell or find additional problems.
