This was over a $12,000 repair. After insisting that my car could be repaired versus being a total loss, they have botched the repair. I was told my car would be done several times and it's not being done. Then I finally got a call from the general manager saying that they messed up on the paint and they were not going to let it go out like that. Then they had my car for 10 more days and they paid for my rental car. I'm pretty sure that's not just a paint issue. I was told at pickup it was a supply issue. I finally go pick up the car and when I get it home I notice how messed out the car actually still is. Attached are the photos. This is after they said that it was just like it was after the factory. Not to mention they left the instructions on how to put my car back together in the car. There's white dust covering everything on the interior and it smelled weird. I haven't even had my car back for a week and I've noticed so many things wrong with the car. The panels do not line up. The wheel well plastic is sagging. I have brand new doors and it brand new quarter panel in which they all have scratches on or gouges. You can see where they messed up the weld and the quarter panel. The paint does not match. Attached all the photos. I have contacted my insurance adjuster, and the a body shop locally to have these issues repaired and now we're talking about a total loss again. And Cooper doesn't ever call you back just so you know if that is your main contact at the place. I have left him so many messages and I just got vague answers about why my car was taking so long. My son's 2019 Audi was brought to Caliber Collision after being hit, with damage to the hood, front bumper, driver-side headlight, and driver-side fender. When we picked the car up, the repairs were clearly incomplete and poorly executed. I contacted Caliber and Cooper responded, "That would have never made it past my inspection. Bring it back in and we will get you taken care of." I returned the car, and within 24 hours they called saying it was ready. However, when I arrived, nothing had been corrected. The hood remains crooked, the fender does not align with the driver's side door, and there is a visible gap where the bumper meets the hood. I sent photos to State Farm, who also agreed the repairs look unacceptable. It has now been three additional weeks with no resolution, as State Farm says they are waiting on Caliber to refund the payment so the car can be taken elsewhere. This delay is unacceptable. I have been more than patient, but this situation is ongoing, and my son is left with a vehicle that may even have frame damage given the misalignment of the entire front end. If this were your own vehicle, you would not accept this quality of work either. Since no resolution has been provided, I will be sharing my experience along with photos of the vehicle across all public platforms to ensure other customers are aware of the quality of service I have received. This is the Mynatt Road location in halls. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had in terms of customer service. Theres no way they would've treated my husband this way. Just plain and outright rude, or they had no idea what was going on. The guy who walked us out to the car was a real jerk, which goes to say for everyone except the manager and the lady at the front desk. read more

It started out so well--friendly, professional, quality-oriented people. But my opinion went downhill: (1) the auto-generated messages that were to keep me apprised of my car's progress stopped working. No one could figure out why or fix it. That in itself is off putting. (2) But then for two weeks straight I had to call EVERY day to find out what was happening and why my car was not finished as promised. And the worst part is that every day I would be given a different reason for the delay. And every day I was told "maybe by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest." It took two weeks for that to come to fruition. Still...my car looks great; and the people are great; so it wasn't horrible. Not a good job, I'm very upset about the work done and the condition of my vehicle (dirty/dust all inside and handprints). First time i pick up the vehicle bumper not installed correctly, paint job was horrible, headlight not property installed. Second time I pick up the vehicle, dust and handprints inside, there was a bolt left on my floorboard (the manager told me that does not goes on my vehicle (yeah right). the paint job was better. I will not use them for any repairs on my vehicles again. read more

I had a person hit my car at a local Wal-Mart. There is a long story of getting her to pay for damage she did. I had her insurance information, Travelers. Long story short, Travelers referred me to Caliber Collision on Mynatt Road in Knoxville TN. This place really treated me well, did an excellent job very quickly. Excellent work, people all very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. This took place in April of this year. read more
