Try as you will, one CANNOT get tap water as hot as an industrial service can. . . so for heavy duty jobs, call THEM! I did ask Ryan his advice on a steam cleaner for routine jobs around the house. They ended up looking great ! He was honest before he started the jobs on some stains that he thought might not get out or come back up over time, which I figured would happen in some areas that had staining for such a long time and even I've tried to get out.
