First time at Ron's hamburgers in Skiatook, 5-11-26. I got the double bacon cheeseburger, chili and tater tots. Bacon on their burger wasn't the usual/norm bacon you would find, Ron's version of bacon on their burgers is chopped up undercooked bacon bits. I prefer the usual/norm crispy strips of bacon on my burgers. Ron's chili is a chili sauce like used for coney island hot dogs vs soup broth based chili. Wife got the boneless chicken (fried chicken tender bites). The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend giving this place a try. read more

Making our way to Pawhuska we stopped in Skiatook to grab some lunch!!! We didn't want a Chain restaurant so this place was busy so we pulled in!!!! The Burgers were Hot and Yummy and the Chili was very good!!! I ordered some Bulldog Fries which is Fries smothered in White Gravy!!! Ron's Hamburger & Grill in Skiatook is one of my local go to places. I've enjoyed their food for many years. There are several Ron's in and around the Tulsa area. And I can't say anything about them. However I hope that they are as good as the Skiatook location. Today my wife and I ordered the fried chicken bite dinner. My wife had tater tots, I had the crinkle fries. We both ordered coleslaw that in our opinion is very good. In fact we have never ordered anything that wasn't good. My personal favorites are the jumbo chili Cheeseburger and the three way chili. The employees have always been friendly and professional. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table if you come around the six o'clock dinner time. Today the place was packed at six. One of the Best! Ron's has a Great and Kind Wait Staff, service is Great. Coleslaw, is the best I have eaten. I enjoy eating there, and he has One Waitress that is a Joy to have as your server, she has a wonderful attitude. I can't remember her name, however you can't miss, her she is always dressed nice and a beautiful smile, colorful hair and a Beautiful Addre Great Personality. All of Ron's severs do a great job. Always kind to customers and each other. I give them a 5 stars for service and Food . Great Drive end to eat at, or Oder and take to Skiatook lake to enjoy. The cheeseburgers are to die for, but the real winner is the jalapeño chicken everything about it is what you want and expect in good comfort food. Ron's has a small, family-owned diner type of feel to it and everytime you go in, it is always the same, kind staff who serves you! Their customer service is normally above and beyond and they are happy to bring you whatever you need! Food usually comes out pretty quick and with the few different things I've tried, their portion sizes are pretty good! From what I have tried, the chicken dinners, burgers, and chili cheese tots are great! Their fried chicken salad is also amazing and it is HUGE! It's one of the few restaurant salads I struggle to get through because it is so big, the chicken is always warm and freshly made, and the whole thing is delicious, especially coming from someone who isn't crazy about salads. I posted a picture of the recent chicken salad order I put in to pick up and it was wonderful! My family and I love going to Ron's and it is pretty popular in Skiatook for good reason! read more

Only time I've ate here.The chili is good has great flavor. It's a soupy style which I like. When it comes to the bacon cheeseburger the patty was seasoned and cooked nicely but the bacon ruined the burger. Chopped bacon undercooked was not the type of bacon burger I was expecting. Pulled up to place a drive thru order and the older female employee opens the window and says "yeah?" We were taken aback by such a warm greeting and before I could respond she then asked if we were "placing an order, or?". When we replied we did want to place an order she then informed us we might want to hurry up since they are fixing to close. All the while making a hand gesture to hurry. When she was called out for her lack luster customer service skills, she attempted to back pedal. We informed her we would not be placing an order. Great hamburger joint with a wide variety of menu items. My favorite is the 3-way which is spaghetti, chili, beans with onions and cheese. Small town feel with friendly service. Worth a day trip from Tulsa to visit the Skiatook lake area and grab a burger. read more
