Well equipped with navigation which is super helpful when you are on an unfamiliar lake. They gave us a map and marked some interesting spots. We looked for waterfalls in the area they pointed out and we found 7 or 8. Beautiful lake with great scenery. Compared to any other boats we have rented this was by far the best. It had a 150 HP Honda engine. Most rental boats are way under powered. This was not. Definitely a good experience. I recommend it.

The boats they show on the website are not the boats that you may get!! Beware of the bait and switch that they have going on here...at least with us. They advertise the pontoon boats are HP and will go over 40 miles per hour. Not in our case. The boat had a lot of broken parts and seats with holes & tears in them. It had a sticker that said 225 HP but the motor on the boat was a 150 and must have been ancient as well. We would of returned it once we saw how lame it was but we had family from two different states that came in for the Labor Day weekend to spend one day together on the lake and there were no other boats available that day so we just stuck it out. When we returned it and told the lady about the bad experience she just said we took that boat out yesterday and it was going 40-45 miles an hour! She also said you should of brought it back right away....but like I told her we wouldn't have gotten to be on the lake at all with family if I would of done that. She didn't offer a refund or partial refund or hardly an apology. They give you lots of lectures about bringing the boat back clean and in good shape but when they give you a boat that hasn't even been wiped down.... you feel pretty cheated. There were food stains and some kind of liquid splattered all around the boat and dirt that had been there for months and months. very badly stained carpet that was old as well. My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. I am part of the 50ish year old still very active outdoors crowd that finally has good money to spend on gear for play. I will try to tell anyone listening to go somewhere else. Then told us we needed new batteries. We were a bit puzzled about that since my husband services the batteries regularly and they registered good as far as we knew. But ok.... they put in new batteries, the golf cart still would not move. We didn't know anything was amiss until we called to check on the cart a number of days later. They weren't sure, but thought it was the wiring harness. It became apparent that the technician didn't really know much about fixing golf carts. They said they would work with us on the bill. We finally get a harness, it is delivered and the bill is 1/3 more than I expected, we got a $33 discount. Not going back. They are nice people. Buying a golf cart from them is great. Getting it repaired, not so much. The manager is wearing too many hats and needs competent help.

Zero Stars - these guys are terrible. I would not recommend…read morethis shop to even look at your Harley. I took by bike in to get the rear tire replaced. I asked them to look the bike over for any potential future issues, and a complete service. I asked them to repair my speedometer, as it had stopped working. Also asked that they repair my front brake handle because my brake light remained on unless i held the brake in the "off" position. I was quoted $200.00 for the tire. Knowing that the additional work I requested would be based on parts and labor, I anticipated $400-500 would be my total bill. Shop called and said the work was finished, and total bill was $722.00. Since this was a little more than I had anticipated, I asked for an explanation of the cost. I was told that they provided a rear tire, oil change, and spark plugs. The rest of the bill was labor for installing parts and they tightened up the front brake. I paid the amount in full and they brought my bike around. The speedometer worked for about a mile before it went to zero again, and shortly after merging onto the interstate highway, the right hard shell saddle bag fell off and exploded on impact with the highway. At speeds of 60mph, the front tire was bouncing pretty bad, so I returned the bike to the shop. Instead of repairing the brake handle, they had tightened the brake to where it was constantly rubbing. I asked them if they knew why the saddle box fell off, and they said the bolt came out of the quick disconnect bracket, and they would not be responsible for the damages. However this particular saddle box was secured with one quick disconnect pin and a 3/8 stud with a 1" rubber washer and nylock nut on the other. Both the washer and nut was still on the bike, so if it had been installed correctly and securely, the box would not have been able to fall off the bike. They admitted to taking the box off to replace the tire, but apparently it was my fault and my problem that it fell off. They did fix the speedometer and brake though, at an additional cost. (even though they had already been paid in full to make those repairs previously) So long story short, the anticipated $400.00-500.00 in repairs turned into $800, and I have to replace both custom boxes and paint to match my bike. A word of advise if you're going to let D & D work on your bike. Check their work with a fine tooth comb before leaving the parking lot, because they wont take responsibility for their mistakes. As for me, they won't get anymore business or referrals from me.
