ROOBIC!!!! Your food and service were impressive!! We were hungry for fresh food. We definitely got what we wanted. If you are in the Glendale area and have a great meal, this is the spot!! Nicely family owned and they treat you well. It is a tiny place, but we ate inside. Take-out might be good too! WE WILL BE BACK!

I thought it was pretty decent. I was not blown away but it was solid. I ordered the chicken breast wrap. I felt the wrap was a bit small. It was not bursting with flavor but it was paired well with the banana peppers and the red cabbage. Kinda had to wait a bit after ordering but it is a small mom and pop place and they make it fresh.

No rice, low carb. Good portion size ! They gave water and served it in a styrofoam cup. Hopefully they can use to reusable cups. Would eat again.

When I got home to enjoy my lunch there was 2 appetizers! (Thanks so much!) The pickled cabbage is absolutely delicious. Stuffed grape leaves on point. Delicious food and friendly worker! Highly recommend the greek fries, sauce is to die for. We also ordered the Greek salad and pesto chicken kebab. They blew us away with flavors and satisfaction. Clean and classy dining environment. Best Mediterranean I've had.

I got the veggie wrap which was filled with veggies and served with a side of peppers and cabbage. It was really filling and delicious. the real star of the show was the falafel which was fluffy and crunchy! It was a little pricey but it was delicious.

My pregnant sister and I were excited to try this place, however we were very disappointed. We ordered two chicken pesto paninis but what we got was more like an oven baked sandwich. My pregnant sister was completely disappointed and could not even eat the sand which due to the peppercini that they put with the sandwich completely changed the whole taste of the food. Not in a good way. The fries were mediocre at the best, but not worth the 5 bucks. I feel bad for writing this review because the staff was really nice. Hopefully, they can improve their quality of the food!! P.S the panini we thought we were gonna get is the pic on the right and what we got is on the left.

I ordered their lule package for our Christmas Eve dinner and the food was fabulous! The order arrived on time which is always a relief. The chicken, vegetables and potatoes were everyone's favorites. Even folks that don't like chicken said it was so moist and yummy. The food had a great amount of spice and flavor. I'll definitely order from them again! read more

Roobic's (Ruby's) has the most delicious food for catering! We order from them all the time, and our guests absolutely love the food! The chicken and beef lule are amazing! Catering orders come with large servings of basmati rice, fresh greek salad, hummus, eggplant, tzaziki, grilled veggies, and pita. Everything is fresh, healthy and delicious! Arvin (George) is very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for better food for your next party or event! read more

I forgot to bring my lunch to work and ordered at Roobic's via my yelp app instead. Their chicken wrap was absurdly delicious and came with a potato and a pepper/cabbage salad. I love the sauce inside the wrap and the customer service is super friendly and humble. read more

I was really hungry and wanted to order something relatively healthy so I got the chicken platter here. It was made really quickly and when I got the food I realized how much it was (and I can eat so me saying it was a lot means that it really was a lot). The food however was pretty bland and mediocre. The chicken was under seasoned and undercooked. The rice has too much water and was a little mushy. And the salad was literally something you could buy at smart and final that you kind of throw together. I'm giving it three stars because the quantity of the food lasted me all day but I probably wouldn't go back. read more

Wow! If you have taste buds, do not sleep on this place, it was incredible. Great menu and a great Vegan menu. As part of the +200lbs vegan club it can be difficult to get full off of one meal... had no problem doing that here. Only negative is that I didn't find this place sooner! read more

SCAM - Very strange. Went in and ordered two chicken wraps ONLY. They snuck in an extra plate of Chicken Kabob I guess because they needed to make money off me. The Chicken Kabob plate was two small sticks of chicken - NOT GOOD AT ALL - Doesnt look like the pictures. The plate was ALL RICE - One roasted Tomato NO SALAD. When I called they didnt answer the phone. The Wrap was OK. Bad place. They SCaMMeD ME with that Chicken kabob - I did not order that and I bought it thinking it was good and it was THE WORST CHiCKEN KABOB EVER! Very expensive too $20 for the plate of RICE. These people will try to scam you go somewhere else read more

We needed a place to get a quick bite to eat after church before hiking and stopped in here. We are so glad we did! Best lunch we've ever had in Glendale! There is one small table inside, one or two outside and you order at the counter. There is a high chair if needed. There are GF options as well. We had the siracha chicken wrap which was unbelievable and bursting with flavor. We had the chicken kabob plate for my son, which was a huge plate of really great food. We did the healthy beef protein wrap- and it was juicy and scrumptious! And we did the Greek fries which had a really tasty creamy sauce, feta, and black beans on it. So good and filling! We highly recommend this place. They do a lot of catering as well apparently. Great service, quick orders, tasty choices, clean environment, and so much more. We highly recommend this place. read more

Roobic's was a recent recommendation and we decided to try it tonight. SO glad we did! Super impressed with the menu options! My husband ordered the Fillet Mignonne Kabob and loved it. He said it was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I chose the Baby Lamb Chops and they were ridiculously tender! My daughters chose from the vegan menu..so many vegan options people!! The portions were large - we will definitely have left overs to enjoy again tomorrow. This is a Mom and Pop's place that you won't want to miss out on visiting. Enjoy! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ********************I placed an order for 22 people with Roobik's son named Arvin. I wanted to order more but he mentioned that he always put more food and made sure that it will be more than enough to serve my guests. When the order came everyone was shocked and thought that they had sent the wrong order. They had sent me a very small portion of food that could hardly feed 10 people. I had ordered two kinds of rice and they had only sent one kind so I was sure that this was someone else's order so I called the place and Roobic himself answered the phnone. I told him that I have received the wrong delivery since this was not the amount of food that I ordered. He simply said that his son was on vacation and he didn't care to look at what I had asked for in my order and he couldn't make the other kind of rice. I told him this is not a $600 amount of food and I asked him to fix the problem but he was super rude and said that I could feed 40 people with this food that he had sent me. In the end, he sent us another order of rice just to make it up but it was already too late. He ruined my gathering and put me under lots of stress with his poor management and customer service. Just look and judge yourself. 12 pieces of fish kabob for 22 people. 20 pieces of loole kabob. 20 pieces of chicken best and 12 piece of chicken wings. Missing one order of Rice and the appetizers that were only one container of yogurt, eggplant and sarma and hemoos which I didn't even dare to put it on a table . I could order 3 times more food with the amount I had paid them for this small portion that they had sent me. The only order that was ok amount was the salad and the veggies which unfortunately wasn't the main course since my gussets were not vegetarian. read more

This place was AMAZING! We just left and had a wonderful lunch. There was 6 of us and it's a smaller cafe and they brought the table from outside to accommodate us. This is hands down!! The best Falafel platter I've ever eaten. I seriously didn't know Falafel could taste so good, not dry in the least. love their Hummus and Ikra. I work at a busy doctors office and we had one of our patients show appreciation by ordering lunch from this place and it was great success we all really enjoyed it we loved the platter everything was very fresh amazing salad dressing the sides all tasted great and the meat was cooked perfectly highly recommend for all occasions! We appreciate the lunch and look forward to trying rest of the menu ! read more

Looking for a safe take out place or to share a delicious meal with your family/friends? Well look no further because this place lives up to the standards any Mediterranean restaurant should have. We have been getting their yummy chicken tortilla wrap fir 3 years now which is very healthy by the way and equally tasty. The kabob plates are equally delicious. The owners Roobic & Arvin are super nice and hospitable. They wear masks, gloves, and meet the safety guidelines for Covid-19. Also, they offer catering and delivery which makes hosting much more convenient. Unfortunately I don't have any pics to share because we always finish the food as soon as it gets here lol but I will soon. Please support this small business anyway you can! Take up my recommendation and you wouldn't regret it just trust meee :) read more

I LOVE this place! Just found it today. Sooo many vegan options! My head was spinning. The food is so fresh and delicious and ample. By far, my new fave Mediterranean spot. I ordered the vegan special and it was amazing, for veggies or non-veggie peeps--REALLY. Gotta try it! My kids' pizza was awesome and my brother loved his chicken plate. Check it out! read more

I came here once when I was a kid, I loved it. On my Sunday stroll I came back to see if they changed and they definitely have. They have now become an event venue in addition to a restaurant and it was gorgeous. The staff was the most friendliest of people and I loved my time there. The food was beyond exceptional. This place is awesome! 13 bucks! For that, I got a big plate piled high with salad greens, falafel, red cabbage salad, hummus, baba ghanoush, grilled potato, pita and sarma. This is a kabob place, but they have a whole section of their menu devoted to vegan/vegetarian selections. Great place, friendly staff - heartily recommended!!! read more

Saw this place on Yelp so I decided to go and let me tell you, the food is the best Mediterranean food I've had in my entire life. I got the chicken lule and it comes with rice and Greek salad and vegetables. The Greek salad is amazing, it has so much flavor and is light. The chicken was so tasty. Also , the people who work here are so kind and sweet, they gave us a complimentary hummus because they recognized us from the first time we went. Established in 2018.

This business idea started in our family and after trying and playing with food and flavors we decided to start a business with our ideas based mediterranean food and develop the restaurant with the experience we gained after working for many years.

Arvin the owner and family of his as the facility of the restaurant, been inspired to open a Mediterranean restaurant. They are uniquely qualified by their healthy and fresh made food and variety of flavors. You really do feel the opulence as you drive through the mirador entrance up this long driveway to get to the library. Free parking but it does get packed since many people also park here to access the hiking trails next to the library. This is a beautiful library and many people do come here to study as I noticed most tables were filled. However, there is a loud buzzing sound from the lights but I guess it becomes background white noise if you are used to it. Portraits of Mr. and Mrs. Brand, their family and how the library was are on the library walls so you can learn more about how it all started. The art gallery this time around has an exhibit from Thinkspace, featuring artwork of over 70 artists, on now until March 29, 2025. I really enjoyed the art pieces and took photos of the ones that really impressed me. The grounds features Brand Park, the Japanese tea house (closes early like 3pm), Doctor's House, which is a historical house, and a couple of hiking trails. Overall, a cool place to check out and just 15 minutes away north from downtown Glendale if you need to grab a bite to eat.

I recently saw that there was a Holiday Market Place being held here so I stopped in to do some shopping. There was a man on the front lawn making pupusas and people sitting at tables enjoying them. Inside is quite spacious and there were several vendors selling their merchandise. The tables were nicely spaced apart, so it was easy to browse.
