I recently had a brunch at Pierre Garden and we couldn't be happier with the services they provided. To begin with Petros was very helpful with the booking and planning process. His brother Arman was very nice and helpful on the day of the event. The food was spectacular! My guest absolutely raved about the food and could not get enough on how much they ate and waiters kept my guest happy with everything they requested being promptly served. We were impressed with the over all service and aesthetics. We will be returning for dinner as well as plan for future events. Thank you Pierre Garden.

Had been here years back for a private event inside but today, went out with my girls looking for a hookah lounge and stumbled upon their outdoor patio. Lucky? I think not, everything happens for a reason. Theyve apparently started serving hookah less than 2 weeks ago. Was the hookah good you ask? They have Pumpkin Spiced Chai flavor, I mean, it doesnt get any better. We of course also tried a mint hookah which was also just as great. The hookah lasted the entire time without burning and unlike most hookah lounges now days, the service was perfect both for charcoal and table waiter. The outdoor seating is very nice, private and cozy. We sat at the table with a firepit and it was perfect. We werent planning on eating so just grabbed tea and water but they have an open bar so will definitely be back to experience it all; food, drinks, hookah & music. The hookah service is fairly new, but I hear they will be having different eventful days where you can grab your girls & go or even meet for a date night. Parking is also super convenient btw.

Pierre garden is a beautiful banquet hall designed for smaller, more intimate gatherings. Recently they've reopened as hookah lounge after 6 o'clock and boy was their pumpkin head with spiced chai absolutely incredible; it was the most memorable hookah sesh I've ever had. The flavor was strong and lasted for hours. I'll definitely be coming back

Absolutely delicious!!!! The french chef whips up tasty food, and the prices are totally reasonable---the most expensive dishes are only $15! Their presentations are very nice, french portion-sized, and everything is flavorful. I haven't found a good french restaurant until now. I got no complaints at all =)

Let's start off with the location.. It has a public parking structure right next to it so that's great instead of trying to find street parking. The workers are all very friendly and welcoming. The owner, was very quick to figure out exactly what you needed and made it happen. I enjoyed the outside patio seating, especially in this weather. It's nice to just sit outside and relax. The inside and bar area was super clean and spacious. The food was beyond delicious and if I wasn't so full, I would definitely be ordering more. Great variety. Overall, amazing atmosphere. A+ from me.

Great experience. Walked in with a large group and the manager was kind enough to find a nice patio table to seat all of us. The food was tasty and fresh and arrived as we expected it warm and freshly made. Table service was amazing and attentive. Happy customer.

Nice place for showers, birthdays etc. Food is great, place is clean and well taken care of. Will definitely do more parties and events in here. The owner Peter is a very cool guy and makes sure everything is taken care of and customers are satisfied.

Always a pleasure to be here, amazing time, the food is absolutely spectacular (the rice is my favorite). What a great place! Please, order the kufta and the kabobs.

Walked by and saw the sign "Open Now" and decided to give it a try! I'm really glad I did. The place is beautifully decorated inside with a great looking bar and gathering area. Outside, there is a nice comfortable dining area with white table cloths. WOW...Glendale finally has a really nice French restaurant. I had a nicely presented La Ceasar de Pierre tossed in a white anchovy cilantro dressing...YUM! The Soupe A L'Oignon was as good as it gets! I wanted to try the Moules A La Marinere cooked in Riesling, butter with parsley and shallots...but that is for another day! I think I happened into a jewel here! Will return with friends to this nice French place!

The escargot is probably the best I've had. I loved how buttery it was and the snail itself was so fresh and tender. I'd definitely repurchase this on another visit. I even dipped some of the baguette bread (which had the best crunch!) into the butter and it was perfection! For our mains, we got the sea bass with lentils and the Alaskan halibut, and both were prepared perfectly down to taste and texture. Everything about its execution felt very intentional. The halibut was baked with the right amount of breading and the sea bass was pan seared to give that nice crispy texture to the skin. My only critique is I thought the lentils were a bit too overpowering because of the huge quantity, but honestly, everything else was amazing enough that I'm not bothered by it.

Overall this restaurant layout was pretty cool and the night we went the noise level was moderate but I can see that if its packed this place could get loud. Food is always an area that I leave up to everyone's own taste. To me I felt some of the dishes needed more salt but I always enjoy my food from how the chef prepped it so I can try new dishes.

Perle truly delivered. The Dine LA menu offerings were the usual soup or salad, fish or beef, etc…read more but they were prepared meticulously well. The French onion soup was warm and decadent while the beef was tender and seasoned well. The pot de creme was a generous portion and I couldn't even finish mine! Which was too bad because the dark chocolate paired with the chantilly cream was exquisite. While I have absolutely no complaints about the food, I do wonder when they will address the ventilation issue. We dealt with this in the past and thought nothing of it but when we started sweating into our first course because no air was coming by, we realized it was a problem. Additionally, the service was impeccable. Kinan and the team did everything they could to make us feel welcome. However there was a young hostess with pink hair and the most beautiful, ethereal face who upon our arrival looked at us with an expression of disapproval. I could've been just reading her wrong or she could just be one of those Gen Z people who refuse to smile and just want to be transactional but I don't know...in such cramped quarters, everyone's nonverbal cues are thrust upon you. Highly recommend Perle although we'll probably return in the winter when it's much colder.

The heirloom tomatoes on the caprese were delicious, and the matcha latte was very good. But for a place positioning itself as French comfort food, I expected much more from the basics, especially the bread. The bread and butter side was surprisingly underwhelming, and even the caprese bread felt more Trader Joe's caliber than French café. The biggest disappointment was the $18 French onion soup. I swear the frozen French onion soup from Trader Joe's is better. The fries weren't particularly French either, more like standard diner fries. Service was nice but lackadaisical, and the additional 4% Healthy LA charge is annoying. It just makes an already overpriced meal feel more overpriced and forces you to mentally adjust the tip. Overall, I think this place works better as a sip-and-chill café than a culinary destination. Coming from Pasadena, I wouldn't make the trip again, and even if I were nearby, there are too many better options.

The crepe had consistently good quality compared to our last visit and is still just as good to comparable crepe places. Still not many places make quiche and of those that do, even fewer make the dense and thick slice pie style MCC makes--which is the good and high quality type. The quiche was actually better than our last visit and while we do not know, it still seeks like they make it on site. You still need lactaide to eat if u r intolerant, but it's definitely worth it. Caveat: I tend to include stories, random tangents, and occasional life updates in my reviews. Read…read moreat your own risk. Last Friday, my daughter and I decided to come back for dinner. I first brought her here when she was just a few months old. Now she's preparing for college. Walking inside feels like stepping into a cozy neighborhood French bistro. White tablecloths, soft neutral tones, chandeliers, and fresh floral centerpieces create a calming and elegant atmosphere. Let's talk about the prices. The menu is still the same, but the prices have increased quite a bit in just a matter of months. If you haven't been here in a while, take a look at the menu before you return so you don't get sticker shock. To me, some dishes is double what I remember paying. At the same time, the portions are a little smaller. One thing to keep in mind: La Vie is only open for dinner, from 5:00 PM. to 9:00 PM. I also highly recommend making a reservation. The dining room fills up quickly, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, so planning ahead will save you the long wait or perhaps being sent away. Dinner time. Every entrée comes with a house salad, soup of the day, and complimentary coffee or hot tea. As I order hot tea everywhere I eat, that little perk is heaven. For our appetizer, we shared the Escargots de Bourgogne ($19). The escargot was fresh, tender, and chewy. Every piece soaked up the garlicky herb butter. They also provide complimentary Vietnamese baguette. The baguette arrives warm with a lightly crisp crust and a soft, fluffy interior. But the real magic is dipping it into the bubbling garlic butter from the escargot. For my entrée, I ordered the Herb Butter Lobster Tail ($56). The presentation was beautiful, but the lobster itself didn't quite live up to the presentation. It was bland. My daughter ordered the Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass ($46), and that ended up being the star of the evening. She loved it. The skin was crisp while the fish remained moist, flaky, and buttery. For dessert, we ordered the Crème Caramel (Flan). The server told us the chef offered it on the house due to presentation reasons. But I strongly believe it was because when they asked if my daughter and I were new customers, since they had changed owners, I told them I had been coming to this restaurant for over two decades, and that I brought my daughter here when she was still in a stroller. The owners may have changed, but I believe the chef is the same and he probably recognized me. Either way, it was a great treat. Thank you. The flan was silky smooth, creamy, and topped with a rich caramel sauce that wasn't too sweet. The servers have always been attentive, professional, and welcoming. Our dinner for two came to about $160, including tax and a 20% tip. See you in my next Yelp adventure.
