I am addicted to CoreX!! You'll never find me dragging myself or complaining about going to the gym. CoreX offers group classes all day long from as early as 5am (hats off to those early birds) to 7pm M-Th and morning classes on F/Sat. You won't find this vibe or style ANYWHERE else, believe me I've tried! CoreX will always be my home gym, my happy place :) Come check it out, 1st class is FREE!

Starting a fitness journey can definitely be scary and overwhelming, but not with CoreX. This place is a fun and friendly environment, all the coaches make you feel at home. As soon as you walk in the room and music comes on all your worries go out the window. Deciding to attend Corex has definitely been a game changer, the vibe in this place is unexplainable. I wake up every day looking forward to my workout. The first class is free; come see for yourself

As someone who had never been to a personal training only gym, it felt intimidating but I quickly seen that all are welcomed, from retired body builders to people knocking on my 600-lb life's door. He has helped me achieve what even I thought was not possible, not only made me believe in myself but has opened the door to a new lifestyle. His workouts challenge and motivate me, while giving me just the right amount of recovery. I like how Tai checks in with me prior to each workout, he is very conscious of working around both old/new injuries adjusting/substituting workouts that are equally effective to gain results - checking in daily allows him to make those adjustments. The gym has various trainers(both male and female) who although, I don't train with them, are very welcoming and helpful. The gym offers various dietary supplements designed to boast energy, focus, endurance, and performance during exercise. It is also connected to a local chef who offers and delivers delicious meal preps at a great price, most of all, I like that he offers but isn't pushy to sell you anything. To think that I had told myself that I would try it out for 3 months and here I am over a year later, having gone from 203lbs to 169lbs, I can truly say I will forever be grateful for my Xtrength Fitness family.

You cannot put a price on your health and being strong and around to see my babies grow was a must. His knowledge and guidance is truly what turned my life around. He understood my goals and helped develop a custom meal plan and pushed me day in day out to transform my life. I have been coming to Xstrength for years before kids? During my pregnancy and after having my kids, because you feel at home. Both my kids have come with me to the gym to see me lifting. Tai just gets it and so supportive that setting the example that fitness is so essential to your overall wellbeing and being a strong Mommy. That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

The heater being on full blast in the mornings makes it really uncomfortable to work out. The fans are not on, so there's no relief when the heat is running. I mean really how cold can it get in SoCal where the heater needs to be on full blast Also, it would really help if staff wore something identifiable, like a uniform shirt. There have been a few times I wanted to purchase a protein shake, but I couldn't tell who worked there or who to ask for help. Lastly, there have been times when there were no wipes available to clean the machines. Overall, still a great gym, just a few small improvements that would make a big difference! The general manager, Ivan, and the other employees I've interacted with have always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately, today I had my first genuinely negative experience with a newer employee, Ashley. The issue wasn't that I couldn't bring my friend in--I understand gyms have guest policies and I'm not upset about the rule itself. I pay for the highest membership, which includes guest privileges, and I simply asked if the previous guest on my account (someone I only brought once a long time ago and who has his own gym membership elsewhere) could be removed so I could bring a different friend. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, Ashley responded with, "I don't care if you only brought him once. The system resets every 5-6 months." When I looked to see if there was a manager I could speak with, she replied, "I'm the only one here today, so are you gonna pay up or leave?" That response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I never raised my voice, argued, or gave any attitude. I was simply asking a question and trying to understand the policy. Ironically, the employee working next to her was extremely polite throughout the interaction and even seemed uncomfortable with how she was speaking to us. I appreciate his professionalism. This isn't the first time Ashley has come across as rude toward me, but I let the previous interactions go. After today, though, I felt it was worth mentioning because customer service matters just as much as enforcing the rules. I've enjoyed being a member here for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I'm genuinely considering canceling my membership--not because of the policy, but because of how I was treated.
