The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. When it came time to install the roof, the crew who removed the shingles was on time, respectful and, at the end of the day, cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. The intermediate inspections were scheduled so precisely that there were no delays in getting them completed (passing the first time) so the final steps could be done in a timely manner. At the end of the 6th day, my roof was finished, and the workers left my property the same way they found it. Another company underbid their price by $800, but I was so impressed with their professionalism and their explanations about the quality of the materials and workmanship they would be using that I opted to pay more. Our experience was nothing but POSITIVE since signing the contract and until the tile roof arrived at their warehouse in Stuart. I called their office a few times to check on the status of the tile and Brenda and Shelly were always helpful in checking with the manufacturer on the status of the order. Once the tile arrived they called and set up a date to remove the existing roof tile and it was done very quickly. After the old tile was removed the process went very quickly to put the new roof on in less than two weeks! Rick, our On Shore Roofing site supervisor, was FANTASTIC with updates, taking pictures of each step, and staying in contact. He would answer text messages, calls and answer all questions!!!
