About 2 months after we moved in, following a large storm, we started to see paint bubbles appear on our walls in our main house and ADU. We were immediately concerned and we began to talk to roofers. Jordan at Apollo Roofing was among 7 roofers we interviewed for the job, and he was by far the best, and it wasn't particularly close. One roofer came by, got on top of the roof, came down, went back to his office and had his colleague quote me for an amount that made me want to sell the house. Another roofer came and didn't even bother knock on my front door and just decided to climb on top of the roof to inspect without telling us he was even here. Another came, inspected the roof with a drone and left without showing me what he saw. The last roofer didn't even bother coming by and just took satellite pictures of the roof and told me I need a reroof. Jordan was different. He came by and first examined the damages on our walls. He then climbed on top of the roof and found all areas that he suspected where the leaks were occurring. And then he educated me on the various techniques to reroof a house and what my options are (TPU, modified bitumen torch down, or overlay) and gave me his recommendations. After he left, not only did I feel like I was more educated about the roofing process which I was a complete novice in, he also gave me confidence that he was the right man for the job. The only thing that remained was the quotation. After he gave me a quote, he walked me through the scope of work line item by line item until I was left completely satisfied with the price and scope of the project. Never once did I think he was trying to sell me fixes that I didn't need or was trying to take advantage of a roofing newb. He gave me the time and space to validate his advice with others in the business all of which were completely confirmed. We signed the contract shortly thereafter. It took a while for the project to commence given the persistent rain. However, when I requested a particular deadline to start the work, he got his team together and found a 3 day window where there was no rain in the horizon and got to work immediately. More importantly, I had set a deadline of mid-March to complete the reroof because I had planned a surprise engagement proposal for my significant other the weekend after. Jordan's team wasted no time and finished the job in exactly 3 days. We are extremely grateful for Jordan and his team, and the Apollo Roofing Company in general. We don't expect to need their service again soon because they did such a phenomenal job, but we wholeheartedly would recommend them to others.

He took great care while working on our home and made sure everything was done properly, including addressing flashing that had started to lift, and doing thorough sealing work to ensure there are no leaks. He even blew away all the debris that fell from the roof, leaving everything clean! Something we really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats your home with respect. I don't know why he had to hold up 2 other cars so he could park in this exact spot. I also requested some upgrades (fascia boards, skylight replacement, etc.). My impression was that this was a big roofing job for a typical SFH in the area. Mike and team were very patient with all of my questions, and I really appreciated how well they kept me informed every step of the way by asking for my input and feedback on each of the decisions and keeping track of all of my requests. The office staff is easy to reach and explains everything very well. The crew worked long and hard and our roof looks beautiful. We were in a time crunch due to insurance and we are so grateful they fit us in. They came in at the middle of the pack price-wise but after they did such a great job at our neighborhoods house we were happy to use them. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they get the job done right. We had a few small hiccups but they were quick to address them and make everything right. Very honest company. From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!
