I had several roofers come out and give me a bid on repairing a poorly designed section of my roof that was leaking. James came out when he said he would and it didn't take him long to point out several problems with the roof. It was obvious he knows what he is talking about. He was the only roofer who came out that I trusted to fix it right. Other roofing companies came in slightly lower on the bid but it was obvious they would not be fixing it right and it would be a waste of money. James came in right around what I thought it would cost. He did a lot more than I expected. He not only addressed the poor design he also replaced all the roof vents and a solar tube light. James did not try to add any last minute charges and what he quoted is what I paid. I inspected the work as he did it and I did not have any complaints. One of the best things about using James is during winter storms I don't have to worry about my roof while I'm not there. He was easy to communicate with and extremely thorough with everything that needed to be done in the repairs and replacement of our roof. Daily he would send pictures and updates during the job. Just got a new roof! It's all true, James and his crew are professional, courteous, and so hard working. They were prompt and finished ahead of schedule. A monster satellite dish was removed, not easy but James and his crew got it done. Patched and painted with pristine detail all holes including woodpecker damage which he agreed to do at a very fair price. James even reinforced a split facia board he didn't have to do and went the extra mile to conceal the bolts. His price includes the roof warrantee which he registered for us at completion. Got a couple of bids to replace the roof on my 3 BR house, James came in somewhat lower. He and his crew were awesome. One recurring complaint people have with contractors is that they use small things that come up during projects to stick it to customers with inflated add-on costs. I asked James to re-attach some loose fascia boards and he did it for free. He is a credit to the contracting business. All aspects of putting on a new roof was done professionally.
