When I explained that I no longer owned the property, the company refused to drop the charges, insisting I never canceled the agreement. However, I never signed a contract. When I requested a copy of the "service agreement," they produced a document where my name was simply typed in--no signature, no timestamp, and likely filled out by the former manager. Despite my never confirming a 2025 appointment, they proceeded to service a property I didn't own, essentially trespassing. They claimed to have contacted me, but I have no record of any calls, voicemails, or texts. Furthermore, their actual work was subpar; they consistently missed the gutters on the back deck. To make matters worse, while one worker was suggesting expensive roof repairs, another worker privately told my tenant he could do the same job for half the price on the side. This "side-hustle" approach made my tenants very uncomfortable. This company is overpriced and employs shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
