I'm pretty sure doing half the attic defeats the purpose of it feel like I paid for nothing and it wasn't cheap either so I'd say in the future if you're gonna have them install insulation, make sure you check their work

Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important.
