Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. Steve has been scheduling to come repair the driveway now for approximately a year (or probably more) but has failed to do so. With that being said, I definitely I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for fear of they have a problem they would get the same treatment as I.
