While I was shopping, they surprised me by making Armenian coffee and setting up a small dessert table with fruits and cookies after noticing I had been shopping for a while and carrying heavy bags. The explanation felt dismissive and unconvincing and I felt lied too. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told someone would return my call. That never happened. For a store selling dresses at this price point, ignoring a customer concern like this is unacceptable. Charging customers more than the listed price and then failing to address the issue or follow up is extremely poor business practice. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. A gift for a newborn was returned 24 hours late -- one single day -- because the new mother had just given birth and was unable to leave her home for nearly two weeks. Despite fully understanding the circumstances, the store refused any exchange or solution and hid strictly behind "policy," with no grace period and no human consideration whatsoever. If you are a new mother, recovering from childbirth, hospitalized, or simply unable to get out of the house in time -- be aware: this store will not care. Apparently, giving birth is not a valid reason to miss their 14-day deadline. This experience showed me that the brand does not support mothers or families in real life, only in marketing. There would never be a sign posted, " Escalator temporarily out of order." The sign would simply read, "Escalator temporarily stairs, sorry for the convenience!" The staff at A&F if caught on a good day, can certainly be helpful and quite courteous. If the store is crowded, well than you'll unfortunately get the opposite. However today must have been a good day. If I needed a different size or colour, they were accomdating and looked for something that fit. The socks are strongly recommended, the Colorful 50 has 50 colors you can select, 4 pairs for $12.90 (used be only $10). Recently, maybe not that recent, it looks like all UNIQLO upgraded their purchasing system. Now you can check out by yourself. The system is very advanced, you don't have to scan the items one by one, you just put all the things you select into the draw and the system will automatically give you the list. Just drop-and-pay, so easy.
