Just stopped in for the Jordan drop and got in line around 8:20am. There was already over 20 people ahead. As the store opened and the line started moving, this guy walks up with 7 pair in his hand trying to cut. The African American (short with braids) employee manning the door was going to let him in until I said something! They must have been working together because that's unacceptable and against store policy. The fact that I had to make it an issue is uncalled for and that employee should be reprimanded. I did call the store and spoke with GP, so hopefully that does not happen again. read more

Just picked up an order from the store. The person handling my pick up was inconsiderate with fake smile. I have mentioned the merchandise is for a gift and he gave me a wrinkled box with wrinkled and ripped paper inside the box. I only discovered this when got back to work and now I have to go back to get a decent packaging. Please train your employees. I wouldn't be so upset if I was shopping in swap meet stores. read more

Small store so naturally, selection is limited in comparison to most but employees have always been helpful, friendly and welcoming. It's clean and organized but limited selection in gear overall. It is a small Nike store at the Americana . Would be nice if it had more retail space but it's kinda hidden and underrated. Kudos to the staff who do their best! read more

Visited the store to make a few returns; the return process was smooth as we had our transaction on our app. The store is in the smaller side but Tory made our experience smooth. The selection at the store are not much but you can easily make an online purchase to be ship to your home for free. Parking to get to the store can be difficult. But it's not impossible. One guy was helping someone so I decided to ask one of the female hispanic cashiers. I asked her if they had wide sizes of this particular shoe style, she just said without even looking at me oh it's whatever we have there and just moved her hand toward the shoes. Dropped in for the grand opening on February 20, 2020. Lots of cool Nike merchandise! Nice to have a Nike store closer to me that's not an outlet. I didn't buy anything on this visit but I did partake in the free Nike themed donuts and socks from the Nike Plus vending machine. It appears that the store will be hosting yogi, HIIT, and running meet-ups. I'm looking forward to dropping by for some of these classes. Thanks Nike! read more

Rude, rude, rude staff. We went for a curbside pickup item for my son for back to school. However, their curbside pickup option online does not provide location instructions. When I called the store to inquire, the guy told me to go to a roundabout and he would have someone bring out the shoes. At the roundabout, security told us to leave. I called the store again, explained again there are no location instructions. and the woman did not believe me. She offered to give me corporates phone number because it was "above their pay grade".. She sent someone out to bring the shoes that was very condescending. Nike's are not cheap, their service shouldn't be either. read more

First of all, do not buy anything from this store. I bought 2 nike items for $70. That didn't fit good to me so I went back to return. I didn't have the receipt so I asked the employee to ring it to confirm that I bought from there.. The employee told me he can give me the store credit for same day only instead of return. I gave up to get the refund and told him to give me store credit. You know what happened? Couldn't believe that it happened in Americana at Brand. He said he will give $3 for $35 return without receipt so total $6 for $70 return. I tried explained to him about unfairness but only answer i got was store policy. Keep the receipt when you buy anything here. But I don't think this store is managed by Nike. Must be a private store. Don't go ,Don't buy anything at this store. I called today to ask if they by any chance nike carries new balance shoes. I am not an expert on shoes so I had no idea that Nike and new balance were different brands. A guy picked up the phone and when I asked if they carry new balances he responded with an attitude saying " this is a Nike store why would we carry new balance" I then laughed because I thought it was funny and apologized. As I am laughing I was going to end the call and say have a good rest of your day, he ended up hanging up as I was laughing. Worst customer service. The gentleman that assisted me seem to be in a bad mood or something. I went in to pick up some shoes I had ordered thru the app. Once I told him I was there just to pick up my order he started rolling his eyes at me. I do not think it was going to be an inconvenience for him on just to give me the shoes. I guess it was when he started speaking to me, he had an attitude. I walked in with my face covered with my jacket, apologized for not having an actual mask, this lady jumped off the counter and started screaming and asking me to leave! Shoe sales people used to work hard for their commission, but It is evident that the Nike employees here are more focused on sneaker heads and influencers, than putting in effort. I went in looking to buy new shoes. I was ready to spend upwards of 600$ for 2 pairs. I stood in the shoe section of the store near the registers for 20 minutes and no one helped me or asked me if I needed assistance. SUCH A SMALL STORE! I only wear Nike athletic wear. The customer service is wonderful here and you will quickly understand why if you visit this location. The entire store is the size of a one bedroom apartment. So, don't expect many options for apparel, shoes, or accessories at this location if you are casually shopping. However, download the Nike app and search store availability and this store will be sure to set the item aside for you if it says it's in stock here. They really are some of the best Nike employees here. They just don't have much merchandise to help with. If you are caught in a bind at this location and can't find what you need at Nike, there's a Dick's at Glendale Galleria and they carry Nike. Otherwise, I would make the trip to the Grove for the new arrivals or Nike Community store for older, still in season merchandise. If it's out of season merchandise you are looking for, make the drive to Ontario Mills Nike outlet store. read more

She then recommended us a few different pairs for us to try on instead and had plenty of information about them. She took her time with us, was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. I love Nike and have several pairs! Some I've purchased from Nike directly and many from other large retailers. When Black Friday rolled around, naturally, I put in an order for a couple pairs. Unfortunately the fit wasn't as expected and I needed to make a return. After searching for nearby stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find one close to my place of work and decided to head over. Upon walking in I was greeted by a gentleman at the front counter who immediately helped start the return process. However, he stopped short when realizing I'd used PayPal. He proceeded to let me know that the only option was a store gift card. I was confused to say the least and asked to speak with a manager for clarity since I had never heard anything more absurd. Tender is tender and I had a receipt, which was well within the return period. I asked the manager on more than one occasion to direct me where the policy stated this, considering I'd read it prior to entering the store and nowhere in the print was there mention about PayPal transactions specifically. She wasn't able to do so and instead processed my return without issue all while explaining technical jargon in a cheap attempt to justify things. It was of little interest and I wasn't impressed. I left the store feeling extremely frustrated as to why they made a simple return into an issue and allowed a loyal customer to walk out with such negative experience. Although they weren't blatantly mean this wasn't the best display of good customer service. Needless to say, I have no future plans to enter this particular location. read more

Not sure how many people exactly, seemed like a low number. I came here looking for a gift to purchase.
