They often sell him the wrong items or are completely out of what he needs to get his RC car running. Most recently, he purchased a brushless motor they recommended, and we returned today hoping to buy a transmitter. To our surprise, we were informed that they wouldn't have any in stock until the end of August! To add to our frustration, they have a strict no-return policy, so we're stuck with parts that don't work for us. It's frustrating to rely on a shop that consistently misses the mark on customer needs and doesn't offer refunds for incorrect purchases. We won't be coming back and want to warn others to think twice before buying from them.

The floors creak in just the right places and you can still buy candy by the piece. We always visit when we're in town but Christmas time is just magical. Decorations and the hustle and bustle of the season just can't help igniting a festive feeling. The employees are kind and engaging. Finally no visit is complete without bringing home a pound (or more) of the chocolate covered peanut brittle. They just don't make shops like these anymore, what a treasure!

The order went through, my card was charged, and money left my account. I thought that everything was fine. Now, TWO MONTHS LATER, I am informed that there was supposed to be a purchase limit on the order and they are refunding the majority of my purchase (over $1200). No where on their site when I purchased did it say anything about a limit. I'm all for limits when it comes to Pokemon, but when none is listed I expect to be able to purchase what I want. But, my issue is that they took over TWO MONTHS to inform me and process a refund. So, for TWO MONTHS I could have been using this $1200 for purchasing elsewhere, but instead Galactic took an interest free loan from me to use how they wished and then sent an email saying "oops, our bad." This is unethical and a very shady business practice. I will never shop with Galactic again. Let me be perfectly clear - had they contacted me within say, a week, I would have been absolutely fine with the limit and receiving a refund, but waiting TWO MONTHS until the product is out and I cannot find it anymore at this or a comparable price is dirty. Congrats Galactic - you are officially the worst LCS that I've ever dealt with.
