THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT NO ONE SHOWS UP. My roommate who set aside her entire day waited and waited at the apt. We received no phone call, no form of contact for an explanation. Over the course of the following week we left over 5 voicemails asking for an explanation and a reschedule, and finally Yan returned a call. He explained that there was a system failure, and he was happy to reschedule for a free cleaning service. Great, so we reschedule and confirmed the Saturday appointment (today) on Wednesday. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The cleaner is now nearly AN HOUR LATE, and no one has answered my phone calls. I've sent text messages to Yan's cell, called the business line and left voicemails, still nothing. Words cannot truly express my frustration as we scheduled this cleaning in hopes of having a nice and tidy apt for a party we're hosting this weekend.
