We are so upset and disappointed in Rooms to go service over all . We ordered 8k worth of furniture we got it delivered an entire month later ( cause of covid-19 so thats fine) not only that our table came scratched and our kids bunk bed with a piece that didn't fit . The delivery guys where not the best ! They where careless and in a rush to finish the entire time one of them was on the phone. They said the will send someone to fix our kids bunk bed . Around 3 weeks later or so another guy came again with the wrong piece we spoke to a manager who did not know anything and was rude rushing the guy to go to the next delivery. The customer service when you are about to purchase is impeccable however once they get your money anything to do with delivery time and the rest really sucks. I had to reschedule delivery bc their timing was from 3-7 and I had to pick up my daughter from school they sent me a text that they would arrive for delivery within the hour no one showed up. An hour later they sent another text that will be there within the hour and am still waiting . Spoke to the cutlet bay store manager several times and do not waste your time it's all BS. I didn't actually buy anything...yet. Joey and I were out looking for a small table and chair set for her, so we wandered into the kids section. They have a Disney catchall section complete with a four poster bed adorned with some sort of glittery mosquito netting. I was hurriedly informed that this was her bed. Also in "her" room was an over-sized chair and ottoman with a pastel mountain cat theme that I'm told would be well suited for movie watching. The rating is based solely on the service. Yes, we were immediately approached by a salesperson. But since they didn't have what we were looking for in-store, he searched online while we window shopped. When his search turned out fruitless, he politely walked us to the door and suggested that we try Target because he had seen what we were looking for over there. ZERO stars for ALL Rooms to Go stores.... ANYWHERE!!! BEWARE...... If you receive a defective piece of furniture THEY WILL NOT TAKES IT BACK OR EXCHANGES IT. Once you have signed for it, it is yours. We purchased several pieces from them...no problem. Then, we got a recliner that was defective. The seat started sloping to the side after a few days. It was very obvious. (My husband's chair and he is only 190 lbs). We called for a tech. and after a week, and taking time off from work, he said he couldn't find anything wrong with it...EVEN AFTER SITTING IN IT. He accused my husband of sitting to one side on purpose, but said he would put some webbing in it...We said no thank you that won't fix it. He files the refusal in his report. We called for a second opinion. Another day off of work, another week later, the next guy says he will put stuffing in it, but thinks it is o.k. are desperate at this point with the holidays coming, so we let him add stuffing under the springs. Of course that doesn't fix anything.. The tech thinks it is better..lol.. said he would file a report about what WE had said. He refused to make any personal comment to the company or commit to any report about the chair concerning HIS opinion. We are waiting for our 3rd, 5 day review, and maybe a 3rd tech. Bridget in the cutler bay location is an absolute delight. We went in to check out some things and she was not pushy and gave us honest opinions. The delivery was prompt and smooth. 8-12pm window and they were here before 9. The guys had everything perfect in 30 minutes and did a great job. We bought the Palm Springs sectional and it is amazing, so cozy and welcoming, everyone wants to come hang out on our couch. Our bedroom set is beautiful and the mattress is sooo comfy! YOUR FURNITURE IS OF VERY BAD QUALITY AND YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT ! Got a microfiber dual electric recliner sofa and a love seat from you on March 9, 2013. As of this time since the cushions are all out of shape, flat, and you can feel the springs in them. Also the stains in this 2 pieces of furniture won't come off. I was never given the special cleaner that I was supposed to be given at the time of purchase at your store per your ForceField Exclusive Fabric Protection 3 year Warranty Certificate that I was given with my purchase receipt. It is obvious that this furniture was never professional treated before delivery as it states on the warranty paper. If I would have been given the cleaner I would have been able to get all the stains off as they occur. When contacted you via email at TellUs@roomstogo.com about this problem a technician was scheduled to come to inspect it. When he came he took pictures of it and was told will hear from you in 3 to 5 business days. Your response to this was: " Set overall soiled and requires professional cleaning. Once this has been done to give you a call to schedule a technician again to re-apply the bond. " I replied back asking about the cushions and comfort of the set in which I received a replied telling me that I never told you about this. I replied again sending you my original email to you so you can see this is not true. I received another response telling me that it didn't matter since nothing it can be done until I get it professional cleaned. I contacted you again via email and told you that it will cost me hundreds to have this done. I received another response telling me that until I get the furniture professionally cleaned nothing could be done. All this emails were replied by Ashley and Melissa. It clearly shows you don't care and you are not willing to solve the problem at your expense but at my expense. And only thing you are doing is reapplying the bond. Nothing about the condition of the cushions. I also called your customer service department and I was told a different story. Was told that there was nothing you can do about the cushions/comfort of the set because is no longer under the manufacturer's warranty. We bought 3 pieces from here one being a black Rug. We received rug defective, so I called Alan our sales associate. He was not helpful AT ALL on the contrary very pushy in us getting a replacement only. In the end I finally received a refund after calling the 1-800 customer Serv line who assured me the only person who could issue a credit was Alan. Very upsetting store to shop at. Their associates falsely inform you of prices and sell you incorrect items. We purchased a mattress from them not noticing the sales associate messed up and sold us a queen instead of king mattress. I kindly asked the store manager if they could honor the price difference since it was their mistake and they said no. I placed an order with the sales man Gustavo for my daughters bed set who promised that the entire room set will be put together including the mirror and the canopy of my 3 yr olds bedrooms set. When the delivery came the guys just threw the bed together and left everything else untouched. That is not what was agreed to. I then proceeded to contact customer service who forwarded me to the store of which I got the worse treatment from junior. No customer service skills. I finally asked to have the store manager call me back. Robert never called back. I finally called back and got a hold of him. He basically called me a liar. Here's the KICKER: As my fiancé and I watch from the cameras of our home, delivery pulls up at 12PM... does NOT knock on the door or advise they are there.... and LEAVES AT 12:03pm!!! Are you kidding me!!???? We paid $2700 for a couch with absolute crap delivery and we didn't even receive our furniture! Don't come here EVER. Shame on you, rooms to go.
