How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.

He is ineffective at any level of customer empathy, or responding in a Service minded manner! Takes an order acts rushed most of the time... he is selling only to help Ken Gough make a buck! I have asked for some consideration due to their reseller relationship with GE - that I would be provided any form of remuneration for the amount of food loss and time invested in a final resolution. However, on the morning of September 9, I received another cancellation notice. When I called the store, I was informed that Robert was out of the office. I explained that I'd be out of town, so they rescheduled delivery for Monday between 1-4 PM. Monday came and went with no updates or calls. I reached out around 3 PM and was told I'd hear from the delivery team soon. They finally called after 4 PM.....just to say they wouldn't be delivering that day and would instead deliver the next day. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I've been more than patient, but there's been no accountability, no follow-up, and no urgency to correct their mistakes. When I reported this to Hudson corporate, I was told they would "let Derrick know he got caught lying." That's hardly a reassuring response.
