The younger lady is incredibly rude. She is always on the phone making and/or watching TikToks. Went for a face wax a few times, there's always been an issue. Her attitude has been an issue every single time. Very rough and abrasive when doing the service, The icing on the cake is that she ripped out my nose piercing, wouldn't stop for a moment and let me put it back in, rushed me saying there are other customers waiting, and wasn't a speck of sorry for what she did. She didn't even finish the job properly, she rushed me out a few minutes after and I still had unwanted hair that she didn't get to. She then expected a tip, and got upset when I explained why I didn't tip her. A tip for ripping out my piercing out of your haste and carelessness? A tip for rushing me and my service? I've been loyal to this threading salon for the past 3 years and I have been threading my eyebrows since I was 15. Preet does my eyebrows and I love her. She also does waxing here. The ladies here are very kind and recently they updated the salon. Preet is very precise with threading. She gives a nice arch and does not leave your eyebrows thin and bare. She can get a little busy on weekends but she's worth the wait. I used to travel all the way to Jamaica Queens but now I don't go to anyone else. I love that they are open on Sundays so that while running errands I can stop in for threading. I usually call before heading over to the salon so that I don't have to wait for a while. This location is very convenient on the turnpike and very close to home for me. Give them a try ! read more

Every time i am in town i go here. They are quick and cant find better price, i normally pay about double what they charge. Every time i have gone I've had to wait less than 5 minutes, service is quick. Only con is parking on street but even then you always find parking on street and dont have to pay. read more

I have been here for a Brazilian wax and I would not recommend. Yes they use chocolate wax, which is nice but they don't wax well at all. The woman who waxed me did not hold my skin tight, so now I have bruising around my bikini line... They also didn't tweeze or thread the stray hairs that the wax didn't pick up, which made me have to take care of it when I got home. I also left with wax still all over me that I had to remove myself at home. It got all over my clothes! I would not go back to this place to get a Brazilian wax. read more

And offers great deals. We also received a hot stone massage which we lovedddddd. Also this spa offers CHOCOLATE WAXING. Chocolate wax contains natural ingredients like cocoa, soybean oil, almond oil, glycerin, vitamins and olive oil. This wax is calming and does not cause as much pain as the normal wax. It is skin friendly and does not cause swelling. The overall all experience was great and defiantly affordable. My friend and I will defiantly be back in a month for our facials and waxes read more

I purchased a Brazilian wax special for this place on Groupon and had an amazing experience the first two times. They were two different people and were very gentle and kind when they waxed which made my first two nerve wracking experiences better. I went back for the third time yesterday and was horrified at how Preet waxed me. It was my first time having her. First, she burned my skin with the wax. I told her at least 5 times that the wax was way too hot. The fifth time I told her, she laughed and said I have sensitive skin. I now have burns in the area with marks and hope that it doesn't leave any scarring. It's difficult to walk due to the placement. Second, I would ask her to hold on a minute because, it is very painful. She would start again without me saying I'm ready. She even didnt allow me to take a break and said it hurts more when you take a break. I called today and they told me I needed to drive back so they could see if its burned to give me my money back. When I went, she admitted it was burnt but that it was "only a little bit." I was bewildered. I demanded my money back and they said that they don't know if they can because it was through Groupon but that she would continue giving me the Groupon rate. I told her there wouldn't be a next time and that I need to be in contact with her boss. Overall, it was a horrifying experience. Do not go here!!!! If it was consistent like the first two times I went, it would be amazing but not with Preet. Stay away. read more

I got a Chocolate Brazilian was from there today , 1/5 stars I would NOT recommend. From start to finish all bad. 1. When I walked into the room there was no place to put my clothing or belongings so I had to lay with them either on top of me or underneath me. 2. The table/lounge chair whichever you call it, did not have new clean paper on it. I could still see residue from the previous client and had to notify the woman prior to laying down. 3. They double dip which is a breeding ground for bacteria, SOOO GROSS!! 4. She honestly didn't do a good job. When she was done there was still enough hair that I could see it with my naked eye, and pluck the hairs with my fingers. She noticed, and proceeded to get tweezers. I asked her if the tweezers were sterilized, I'm pretty sure she was lying when she said yes, because she then proceeded to tell me they were the same tweezers they use on eyebrows. Yes if you go there for eyebrows it may be the same tweezers used on my private area. SUPER GROSS! I will NOT be going there again! read more

I wish I was able to give 0 stars but that isn't even an option. I just went to this location to get my eyelashes done. From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable. I was very polite and simply asked how much it cost to get my eyelashes done. They let me know it would be $30 and shortly they proceeded to assist me. There seemed to be a problem with their debit or credit machine but I didn't know until after the lady completed my eyelashes. So once the service was done I told them I only had card. At first the lady who did my eyelashes asked me if I had cash app and then the other lady who also worked with her spoke with her in another language I didn't understand. They kept going back and fourth talking and then the lady who did my lashes spoke in English and told me I would have to go to the ATM because they didn't have one. But they told me I would have to leave something there like my cell phone or license so I could come back for reassurance. So I let them know I would be RIGHT back and I left my identification with them. It took me 5-8 minutes to walk to the nearest dollar tree where they give cash back with any purchase. Once I got the money from the nearest dollar tree I gave them the money and left. I Let them know I would not be back. Now my opinion, I understand if you are unable to take credit cards or debit cards at the moment but there should be a sign somewhere indicating that is the case. There was no proof that their card machine was down. Overall , I felt so bad and humiliated because they didn't do this to anyone else who walked in. I felt singled out and overall discriminated against. I'm not sure if this is normally how they conduct themselves with customers but I am truly ashamed. It is not even my first time at this location I have been here multiple times and I have never been treated in such a way. So knowing that I am a usual customer and to be treated unfair is disgraceful. Furthermore, I will no longer be supporting or spending any money at this business nor will I recommend anyone to go here based on my experience. read more
