This was my first time going here instead of my regular place. I got SNS dip powder on my natural and they came out great! not too thick or bubbly looking. A lot of color options too for SNS. I will say that I was waiting for someone for around 20 mins but in the meantime, i got my soak off so it didn't seem long. Although it seemed like my nail tech was rushing, she did everything throughly and made sure i liked everything. I asked if they take card, they said yes but made me then pay via Zelle which I had no problem with but just thought it'd be something to share. They were super accommodating and over all it was a great experience. The nail tech perfectly executed my vision. And gave me wonderful massages. She was a tad aggressive on my cuticles, but that is my fault for not speaking up! They even gave little gift bags with a towel and lotion. Went 2 days ago for a mani- pedi. The two services combined took 30 minutes which is unheard of. My pedicure lasted 15 minutes. Everything was extremely rushed and my pedicure chipped after 12 hours. The only pro was that they had a variety of pretty colors for my gel manicure. My friend got a pedicure at the same time as me and they forgot to apply base coat to her nails which also chipped after 24 hours. Pretty disappointed with my experience at this salon. read more

This place has gone down hill since I started going here years ago when Jenny was the owner. She sold the place to a lady name "cookie" who cared so much about her clients and the service she provided. The place is now run by a younger woman I believe. From the few times I've been there, seems like they're uninterested in providing quality service or care. I haven't been in the area much since I've moved but on occasion stop in. I called one random day at around 915am to see if they were available for a pedicure. I lady answered and said yes but they weren't open until 930am. I said no problem I would be there at 930am. Arrived promptly at their opening time. Door was closed, lights off, no one in the place. I went back to my car and waited. 945am I returned, two woman working in the back. Looked at me and returned to folding towels. No one greeted me or told me to have a seat. I browsed the limited polish section and had a seat. After a few minutes had gone by a group of about 4-5 workers entered. Once they settled in one of them acknowledged that I was there for a pedicure. She asked me about three times if I wanted a manicure too. Very pushy. The pedicure was okay and lasted. The technician was nice. A few weeks later I decided to stop at 930am to get a mani and pedi. They ladies in the hair salon area were there but again at opening no one in the salon area. I and another woman waited, after 15 minutes I just decided to leave. I loved how my nails turned out. I dont do my nails often and always look at pictures to show as an example, but this was the first time it truly came out just like the picture I showed and on the first try. Wish I got my manicurist name because she was amazing. The shape, design, and suggestion on color was spot on. Only thing that knocked down a star is that everything took a long time and a lot of waiting between the mani and pedi, but hopefully that was an unusual occurrence (although from reading reviews its a trend). I made two 10am appointments and they didn't see my mom for her FULL body massage this morning until 10:30. 30 minutes is way too much wait when you have an appointment. Then, the woman who did her massage did not even do full body - she did only the back from head to legs. No feet - when asked, the woman said she needed to separately book a pedicure for that..?? For a full body massage...??? For an hour? She didn't do any of the front body either. Just awful. She also said my mom should wax her body hair..... which is extremely disgusting, rude and unprofessional. The workers often speak to each other in their own language which is very very rude. For some reason there was a man who did my nails today - I've never seen him before and I felt weird and uncomfortable and was in an awkward position where I didn't feel safe to say I don't want him to do my nails.... And no one else was there beside me. 4 other ladies were there and they made me go to the man? He did a very average job, and went for a smoke break as my nails were soaking which I personally found unprofessional. Never coming back here again. He barely put the lotion on my hands and did not do any of my upper body massage either. Just very bad terrible service. Wonderful service. My little one and I came here on a weekday while she had a day off from school. The salon has a weekday Mani-pedi special for $22, which was $15 for kids. It was my daughter's first time getting a pedicure, and they were very sweet and gentle with her. She felt like a princess! As for me, a relaxed mom is a happy mom. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and the bright-- yet aesthetically calming --interior. There's a flat screen TV showing local news, and it was just audible, not overpowering. My bestie was with me as well, with her daughter. She found put mid-mani that they also do root touch-ups for $35 (hair salon in the back!). Well, she gave it a try.. whisked her to the back, applied the dye, and brought her right back to her seat to finish her nails. Let me start by saying the finished product came out well! However they started my nails with someone that didn't know what they were doing and they broke 4 of my nails. However then Cindy was able to fix them after they were overly filed down. I'm not sure the name of the girl that did my lashes but she did an amazing job on that. However I was charged 95$ for a UV gel set that should have been 75 max after they broke my nails and I had yo have shorter nails because of it. I would have gone back to do my nails with Cindy if I had not been overcharged especially since I did three services. I however do recommend the lash lift. read more

This is by far the best nail/lash salon I've been to! I'm incredibly picky about where I go for my nails and lashes and they do a beautiful job with both. I was initially unsure about going to a nail salon to get my lashes done but Yumi does an incredible job (and she's super friendly and accommodating. I've seen both her and her husband-as well as the rest of the staff-go above and beyond for customers). I understand what others have wrote about having to wait but I think it's worth mentioning/considering that they are a business: they try to accommodate appointments as best they can, but sometimes there are walk-ins, people are late to their appointments or no-show, or end up requesting more extensive services than they requested originally. I've seen this numerous times when I've been there and the technicians do their best to accommodate everyone and are super apologetic when they run behind. In terms of the technicians speaking in their own language (mentioned in a previous review)...I'm not sure why this is a problem. People speak different languages and the expectation that someone will speak in English (especially when speaking to one another and not the customer), is a bit odd to me. Definitely come here! I found this local nail salon last month last minute and decided to give them a try. I went on a Sunday morning where there wasn't much traffic which was perfect for me. I got a pedicure spa which was also very relaxing and got an acrylic set done. My nails were done by Yumi and I LOVED them! Overall , they give great customer service and are all very welcoming once you enter the salon. Yesterday, I went back and Yumi was luckily able to squeeze me in to get a new set done by her which came out so good!!! I will attach images of the sets that Yumi did on me for reference. Had a good experience for my first time. This place is definitely affordable and I left very satisfied. My apres gel-x looks great and I don't think I'm going back to anything else. Gel polish is an additional $20 to any price but it still beats other places I've been. It's also an amazing spot for a spa pedicure! (I did mango and my sister did honey scented) . The only downside was the person who did both of our hands and feet were a bit rough with the cuticle cutter and both of us had cut up cuticles that got sore for a day or 2. Horrible service. The ladies just rush. I've been here 4 times and I've requested dip powder. Every single time after the service around 1-2 days after my nail is broken because it's so brittle from being drilled or the powder is peeling on the top or the powder isn't even placed all the way to the nail edges so you can see my nail bed still on the sides & when I go back in to ask for it to be fixed, they tried to make me pay and still request a tip after messing up the first time. the last time I went , I've always asked them to gently file my nail not just drill it down even when they soak off. They don't listen. My nails would burn with the drill. Now that my nails are off, you can feel a prominent ridge where the nail is growing in because of how much they drilled my nails. I kept telling them stop each visit , just file because my nail itself is so brittle and the nail keeps breaking. I get told I'll be easy and fast. Ridiculous. Horrible. Never again. unless you're getting a service that's extra $$$ or designs or a regular they've known. Don't expect to get much attention or care because it'll be about how fast they can get it done and have you go. Go spend your money somewhere else. read more

Recently went to DIVA for the first time. I made an appointment for a manicure with Cookie but she ended up having someone else take care of me (for whatever reason, I don't know). However, Anna was really great. She gives an amazing massage but I would recommend her more for a pedi than a mani. Isabel did my mom's mani/pedi and she was also satisfied. NEVER AGAINN!!!!!!!! I had the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done in my LIFE I always come here I loved coming here but today I will never come back. They will never get a dollar out of me today I was experiencing discrimination at the All Time Low I was overcharged $95 for a fill-in for gel extensions, they refused to let me use more than two colors. They refuse to let me pay for a rhinestone. The owner with the red shot hair said the women who did my nails was simply done that they didn't have time I was there from 12 PM to 3 PM for a fill in although they close they close at 7:30 pm absolutely atrocious disgusting service I asked the owner why can't I put a rhinestone on my nails I am willing to pay and she said that they will not because they are finished ? Took 3 hours for something so repulsive I want to literally ripped my nails off also while I was getting my nails done. They cut my nails a few times with the tool they use and I told them that it hurt and they just laughed and spoke in there language originally when I walked in I asked how much would it be for a fill and they said it would be $76 towards the end. They charged 95$ for this horrible work, allegedly saying that the French manicure cost $10 more I gave them 100$ CASH I got one dollar back but they didn't give me five dollars back never come here if you want a good experience you will not get that these people have no empathy towards humans. They are here to rob you run for your life and never look back. I'm sad to say that I had to write this but today I was treated like an animal. I've been doing my nails for over 25 years and I've never been denied of buying anything. I feel like I was personally attacked and overcharged for a design that actually looks atrocious. I asked her if they could at least draw a star a little design Maybe a rhinestone says that she is it done. So I've been going here for years now and honestly I USED to love it. Once they reopened after COVID-19 it has changed tremendously. For 1. They're under new management 2. My appt was at 6 pm, I ended waiting an hour for a regular manicure pedicure which she painted horribly. 3. They were definitely over occupancy while I was waiting, way too crowded 4. They didn't put the plastic wrap in the pedicure tub!!!! Disgusting Overall idk if it's the new management or they just got lazy. But this place definitely has lost its touch. Came in on a Friday morning, around 11:30. I went right into a chair for a full set manicure. But not even 5 mins later it seemed to get more crowded (im assuming since school is out, as they were mainly younger girls). The owner Cookie was honest about wait times and made later appts for a couple of them. The salon is nicely decorated with stone and nice woods, white Christmas lights and a lot of cute little accent pieces. Very clean. There's a small area toward the back to do hair but I've never seen how well they do with that. I always like how my nails come out. I've done SNS, UV Gel Tips, Acrylic and Regular gel mani's. Went in on Friday at 2:15, got a seat right away. They have a variety of colors to chose from. I chose a nice pink shade, however it was light. When painting my nails Stacey only did 2 layers, which makes the outline of my nails visible. 5 days gone by and one of my nails chipped. The hair stylist in the back was very very loud, all the nail people were getting irritated. Besides that, it was pretty good. Their color gel is only $20 which is cheaper than most places I've been too, I will be back. UPDATE: went in on a Wednesday evening with my friend, and hour and a half before closing. I got a tips set and a pedicure. The pedicure was so terrible (paint barely on nails) I had to come back the next morning and make them redo it. Was planning on going in to get my nails done today. I've paid $40 in the past for a powder (SNS) manicure on my own nails with a basic almond shape - which is they shape my nails are currently in. I tried to make an appointment today and was told that they are now charging an additional $5 just to shape your nails into any shape basically other than square. I find it to be absurd to charge to shape nails when you're already paying to have your nails shaped, cleaned up and painted - shaping is a part of the manicure and should not be charged extra for. I've been coming here for a few months now. I really like the owner Cookie. She's always in a good mood and always takes her time on my nails. The powder gel manicure is $25 which is a really good price. I wish the manicure lasted longer though. After exactly 2 weeks it starts to chip pretty bad, but for the price I guess I can't be too upset about it. There aren't many color options for the powder gel but every time I go I notice she has 2 or 3 new shades. One thing I don't like is that there's always a wait. I always make an appointment and I still have to wait 30+ minutes. Also if you've previously done a powder gel manicure, they make you soak your nails for 30 min so make sure to get there early, and definitely don't come here if you're in a rush. Another con is the parking. Street parking can be difficult to find sometimes and it's metered so you have to pay attention to the time and be sure to go out after an hour to feed the meter, or park further. I believe it's free on weekends though. I've gotten pedicures also (each time with someone different) and I never have any complaints about it. They also do eyelash extensions, body waxing, and hair (color, blow out, etc) but I've only been here for nails. I will continue to go back because they do a good job for the price. read more

TLDR: If you want consistently great service, this is not the place. Making an appointment here doesn't really matter. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes before anything happens here. Sometimes I've had to leave. I've been here for up to 3 hours at a time having only had one service done so they can either stop for a new walk-in or "appointment"...if I had an appointment first is it necessary to stop me in the middle of my service? And I had to wait because I was soaking with clips and foil on my nails or glued on long tips waiting for acrylic. Also, when you ask for a certain service, you are met with a lot of resistance. I get that most places try to up-sell you but this is different. I'll ask for a certain shape nail and be met with "why?" If I'm paying for a service and know what I want, is that really a question I need to answer? They even cut my nails too short the last time I was there so they didn't have to do the ballerina shape I asked for. Really? If they were to treat you with respect for your requests and time every time then they would deserve more stars. But they definitely don't. So if you have three hours to spend to get a mediocre service, this is the place for you. read more
