This dude was handling the food with his bare hands after he picked his nose and sticking his hands in his mouth as I watched him eat pickles out of the containers he has in the kitchen. Straight disgusting. As soon as we finished, we received the rest of our appetizer. Our bartender said she would take care of it. $3.15 for the actual forgetting of the appetizer completion. Are you for real? The catastrophe that was the kitchen and service staff that gathered in the corner like a bunch of school girls was not even worth the complaint to management. Do better or get better.

This is a great family owned and operated business. The customer service is amazing. You won't get treated this good anywhere else, the front counter, snack bar and bar staff are top notch. Birthday parties are the best, open bowling is a lot of fun and if you are a bowling novice the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended. read more

Had my daughters birthday party there 11/22/2019 and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. What stood out the most was how groups seemed to be separated--Black/ African-American guests were placed on one side while white guests were placed on another. Whether intentional or not, it came across as segregated and made the atmosphere feel very off. I normally would have left, but the kids were really excited to bowl, so we stayed for their sake. That said, no one should have to feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple outing. I hope management takes a serious look at how guests are being assigned lanes and works toward creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Both are great spots to hang out with large or small groups. Local at its best! At the time of this review, I've been to Walters on multiple occasions and have enjoyed consistently friendly and fast service, great drinks and really tasty food from the kitchen each time. They stock a great selection of favorite beers, domestic and imports, and the bar can pretty much mix up anything you want. I can vouch for the margaritas! Hot from the deep fryer, Walter Bombs pair with anything-they are HUGE tater tots, crunchy on the outside, moist and piping hot on the inside. Now that the pandemic is on its way out, I hear Walters is gearing up to bring back some of their special events (yes, I was eavesdropping at the bar). I hear Drag Queen Bingo will start up in August 2021. I am waiting for Halloween and hoping they host their big costume party because it is some great gown-up fun!

The interior design is simply next level. Seating choices and plentiful. From couches to tables to patio, you're covered. So the menu... Many tiki drinks to choose from, but we went with classics. The painkiller and mai tai were outstanding. No fake coconut taste and good quality runs. The zombie was a little off for me due to the juices I think. Love that they have a clear partnership with Kōloa rums from Hawaii. I really enjoy these rums! I researched food before arriving and saw there are no vegan options, so we didn't eat. Plenty of things for omnivores though. Kayla, our server, was so nice. She checked in frequently. So did the other waitress. They work as a team, so doubly great service. It was trivia night on Thursday. This wrapped up and the place cleared out. There is a patio with a fanciest animatronic volcano I have ever seen. Shows are at 9 and 9:45. Check out the videos of it. In between all of this, there are tropical birds singing, conversing and entertaining you from above. There's a fireplace place, a TV, axe throwing as well. So much fun to be had. As the last few stragglers in the place, we received the best gift from Gary, the owner. He offered to show us around. Gary and his son Cody have brought their visions to life.
