The potential artist said the owner recommended $500 but he was "willing" to do it for $400 + $80 deposit (Total $480). $20 difference. What a joke. What he didn't know was that I already got another quote from a different shop and this guy was going to charge me $250 just for color or $300 if I wanted him to touch up the black as well, and a $100 deposit THAT WENT TOWARD THE WHOLE COST. I didn't know that guy, I was just a man walking in off the street after I saw his work on Instagram and he gave me a great price. Old Traditions should be your second or third stop, never your first.

Then had an attitude about it, didnt apologize for wasting my time nor tried to offer anything else to help the fact I drove over for piercings he knew he couldn't provide.. He didnt care at all. All he had to say was well bring the jewelry yourself- which was pretty unprofessional. Although he stated he had what I needed on the phone. Either way, I definitely don't recommend this guy if you're a minority.
