I drove from Orange County because I read up on the amazing reviews and let me just start by saying that they are all true!!! These ladies really are amazing and so talented at what they do! I had the pleasure of having Raquel do my hair. I was very anxious since it was my first time going light. She did an amazing job and didn't complain at all over my long and thick hair. I am so happy to have found somebody who is so good at what they do!! I bought the shampoo at her recommendation and she also gave me a few more other suggestions to keep my hair hydrated. I will definitely be back for all my touch ups. Thank you soooooooooo much Raquel!!!!!

This was my first time going into V's Lounge, and it was my favorite haircut experience. Victoria cut my hair, and she was friendly and sweet. She cut my hair just the way I wanted it. I was afraid it would be too short from a past experience, but she reassured me it wouldn't be too short. She also offered me coffee, which I've never been offered before at a hair salon. Definitely ask for Victoria when booking your appointment. :) read more

I was helped by a lady named Liz, I saw her insta page & thought she'd do my hair great as the pics are advertised on her page. I WAS WRONG. It looked great but she left my hair smelling very burnt and once I decided the smell was just to awful, I washed my hair. Whatever product she used on my hair caused it to fall out. Biggest Regret ever!! On top of all that She charged me TWICE when I personally reached out to her on instagram, she then blocked me after telling me that she won't be refunding me!!! her instagram is Lizgetsglam I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO HER!!!! read more

LOVE this place! Had my hair done on Saturday by Sheila & I LOVE IT! Walked in to be greeted with a mimosa while she finished up with her client that was ahead of me. All of the staff was very friendly & very professional. I never felt like I was being rushed out or like it was just about money. Jenn was also there doing nails & I wish I lived closer to have my nails done by her!! Her clients nails were perfect & looked one of a kind. I will definitely be back & I recommend Sheila 1000% Thanks ladies for making me feel at home & thanks Sheila for hooking my hair up! :) read more

Really great service, my friend went here to get a proper balayage done and it was done beautifully by Meow. She took her time and actually went through every strand of hair. She told my friend that her hair would have some yellow but it's normal because of what she had done previously to her her hair. But she was upfront and honest and took her time with helping my friend. read more

Worst experience ever. I wish I had never ever booked here and gotten my hair done because ID STILL HAVE MY HAIR! I came in with a darker red that I had just wanted to get lightened up and left with complexly bleached and fried off hair. Worst part is she didn't even tell me! I got home to fix the terrible blow job I've gotten and when I got to the top of my head I found out it was all gone. I had spent the last 3 years of my life growing out my hair since I cut it to chin length cutting off all previous/dyed hair from my early teenage years. It's not like I had extremely damaged hair. It was all practically virgin hair except for the red and the subtle bayalage i had gotten early last year. The red was just put over that. I had not touched my hair before that with any hair dye/ bleach or anything!! I literally broke down in my bathroom and spent the entire night crying when I found out how much my my hair she completely bleached off my head. That's not even the worst part. I still had hair dye that wasn't even properly washed off my head! Also the fact I was told she just wanted to cut half an inch of my hair off and has cut my hair so much and ruined the hair cut I had paid for in September last year! Coming here was the biggest mistake of my life and i wish I hadn't done it at all I will never ever come here again. My hair was done by Sheila. Please be careful she doesn't know how to deal with curly hair texture at all. Not only did she completely ruin my 3 years of hard work she did the worst blow dry job ever! My roots were left completely curly with hair dye/bleach still on it!!! read more

I came to VS Beauty Lounge for my Wedding hair and Im so happy that I did. Raquel specializes in bridal hair so I knew I was going to be in good hands. A wedding is an event that you are going to remember for the rest of you life. I just wanted to be able to look back at all my pictures and videos with a great look that I had felt comfortable, looked great, and overall felt confident with my hair. Raquel made that difference for me on my special day. There was not one person who did not tell me that my hair was amazing everyone said it was beautiful. Im glad that I came to Raquel to achieve that special hair style that fitted me. I can not thank her enough and I can say that I can proudly look back at all my pictures from my wedding day with great confidence and pride. Sometimes there are pictures that your hair comes out the wrong way or its flat by the end of the night, well not my hair Raquel did an awesome job with my hair, it stayed up the whole night and was just an absolute success in which I loved every single one of my pictures. read more

This is likely my permanent selection based on the quality of work, ease of appointment, closeness to my new apartment, and price. Today, like in February, the owner found a very nice deep purple gel polish with sparkles, which was a huge help. In February, I only had a fill, but today, I also had a pedicure with a sea salt scrub and callous remover. This was my first pedicure in about a year; it was way overdue. The pedicure and fill were excellent. I was surprised I could make a last-minute appointment for a Friday afternoon, so I was delighted it worked out. Today, I got out the door for $71 plus tip (which ended up being $35 for the fill/overlay and $35 for the pedicure, plus a $1 fee for using a card). Be sure to see the pics of my purple nails.

I actually wanted to see Ezzy years ago when she was working solo in Murrieta, but she was always booked. I followed her work online and loved the attention to detail in her posts. I'm pretty simple when it comes to nails. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure or sometimes just regular polish. I've tried a few other techs in the area, but either wasn't completely satisfied or felt pushed toward services I didn't really want. Around here it seems like everyone recommends structured or hybrid gel manicures, which just aren't necessary for me. At my first appointment, Ezzy actually assessed my nails and talked through what made sense for my nail health and the short length I prefer. She confirmed that structured or hybrid gel wasn't the right fit for me. She easily could have pushed a more expensive service, but she didn't. That kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I've now figured out the perfect maintenance schedule. The drive is about 40 minutes each way, but it's completely worth it. The entire team here is friendly and professional. I haven't personally booked with the other technicians yet, but they clearly work hard and have a great team environment. Don't hesitate to try the other techs as well. Honestly, people are sleeping on this salon. Just communicate what you want (and don't want), and they will do their best to accommodate. Highly recommend.

Not only did she do the hair color incorrectly but she also lied saying that it has blue in it. -.- She left my hair sooooo dry and it got stripped. I was very unpleased with the service. Save your time and save your HAIR and go somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing. Not worth the $120+ dollars.

This is such a beautiful salon, I've been going to V's Beauty Lounge regularly since it opened and EVERY time I go they exceed my expectations. The girls really make you feel at home while your getting TOP NOTCH service, you'll find refreshments are always offered and no matter WHAT you have done, whether it being hair nails or makeup you'll be EXCEPTIONALITY satisfied because these girls really work hard to stay up to date with hair nail and makeup trends while still NAILING any classic look you could imagine. V's Beauty Lounge is amazing, the owner Raquel is a very accomplished hair stylist. She has been doing my hair for about 5 years. I have thin hair with lot's of cowlicks and fussy bangs. She has always made my hair look amazing, and I don't know how she does it but cuts my bangs so that they don't look crooked (I have a cowlick in the front where my bangs are) Her new salon is modern and stylish. When you first walk in you smell these scented candles which in my opinion gives the salon that "loungy" feel. There are modern square black leather styling chairs and these floor length mirrors that make you feel like you are a movie star. I dont trust many with my hair. Ive had many bad experiences but when i walked into this salon, I felt great vibes and I let my gaurd down. Sheila did my hair while I waited she gave me a complimentary mimosa. I dont get out much so Im a talker..by the time I left..my stomach hurt from laughing and my hair never looked better! (I got highlights) All the girls there are so friendly, uplifting and funny I felt like Ive known them forever..lol! It was a great experience! Hire Raquel. It's that simple. I got to meet her at a photoshoot with a bridal theme. With past photoshoots that I've done, I've only had typical/traditional hairstyles. Nope. Not with Raquel. She surprised me with a stunning hair style (you know, the ones in your Pinterest inspiration goals?). She is sweet, caring, and clearly talented! Jenn (@jenn_cal) does amazing nails. They're Instagram-worthy and not lumpy, thick, or blunt. You can scratch an itch with them and it doesn't hurt! Angie (@meowspurrfecthair) fixed my terrible highlight job and made it look as similar as possible to the pic I'd taken in to the original stylist at another shop. Amazing experience!!! Got my hair done on Saturday with Angela and she did an amazing job! I love my hair!! Was my first time there and I am a happy client! Sheila was so nice to me and my daughter, even did her nails & hair while I waited for my hair to be processed I felt so comfortable there & she listened to what I wanted done & surprise me with the results!! I love this salon I get my hair done by Raquel the owner and shes so good I always leave feeling awesome I love the atmosphere all the girls are friendly they offer you a drink.the shop is nice and very clean .I recommend this beauty lounge you'll leave feeling great and looking good !!!!!!! read more

Sheila is an expert colorist. The entire salon is wonderful. All the girls are very welcoming and friendly. They all have beautifully colored hair. My hair is a beautiful purple color. I love it! Come give it a try, you won't be sorry. read more
