V's Beauty Lounge is amazing, the owner Raquel is a very accomplished hair stylist. She has been doing my hair for about 5 years. I have thin hair with lot's of cowlicks and fussy bangs. She has always made my hair look amazing, and I don't know how she does it but cuts my bangs so that they don't look crooked (I have a cowlick in the front where my bangs are) Her new salon is modern and stylish. When you first walk in you smell these scented candles which in my opinion gives the salon that "loungy" feel. There are modern square black leather styling chairs and these floor length mirrors that make you feel like you are a movie star. I dont trust many with my hair. Ive had many bad experiences but when i walked into this salon, I felt great vibes and I let my gaurd down. Sheila did my hair while I waited she gave me a complimentary mimosa. I dont get out much so Im a talker..by the time I left..my stomach hurt from laughing and my hair never looked better! Jenn (@jenn_cal) does amazing nails. They're Instagram-worthy and not lumpy, thick, or blunt. You can scratch an itch with them and it doesn't hurt! Angie (@meowspurrfecthair) fixed my terrible highlight job and made it look as similar as possible to the pic I'd taken in to the original stylist at another shop.
