Excellent coffee in a calm, welcoming, spacious cafe environment / great work remote work. The mission of this shop is special, as they are dedicated to creating meaningful, gainful employment opportunities to folks with disabilities. So important and a great cause to support. They also feature merch - books, crafts - from local creators with disabilities. I had the autism month special latte, a blueberry syrup/blue spirulina thing that was lovely, and also a pistachio cream latte that blew my mind. The classic caramel latte was also simply perfection. Highly recommend!

INFINITY stars! Upon entering, I just felt posh. I go to Morristown often but because this is not really on the main drag nor is it flashy or has a huge sign, I didn't know this place existed. I'm over the moon that I saw it on Yelp. It's spacious, clean, and minimally chic. I wanted to live here. If they had a sofa, I would. The pastry case was full of just baked items. Items baked on premises is so A+++!! We came for the St. Patrick's Day festivities so I went with one of their themed drinks, the Erin Go Bragh. A double shot matcha latte with gold sprinkles. So fun and so yummy! Oh, and their almond croissant that was still warm. HEAVEN! I love this place so much! And what I loved the most was the person who took my order and helped us with all my questions. They were soooo incredibly sweet and funny to boot! I love a charismatic personality and they had it!! Only down side: parking.

Street parking I was loving the mission behind this coffee spot Their goal and you can find this on their website (ethanandthebean.com) "simple and from the heart: to increase the employment rate for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities" The vibes of this spot is empowering. The workers were sweet and so friendly. They have a "What's your superpower" wall which was so encouraging to see. Check it out especially on a day where you need a little encouragement or to see a friendly face

The employees were very nice and helped me decide what I was in the mood for. They went through every possible drink and settled on a good refresher. Place is super nice to study in, very nice music and chairs. Overall would go again!

Just off the green in Morristown on Speedwell is a modern but relaxing little coffee spot with delicious coffee and tasty baked goods. Service was quick and friendly. It also has a great mission to increase the employment rate for people with autism and intellectual disabilities.

I've been craving their coffee for years and am thrilled they opened a Morristown location. I heard of their push to hire developmentally disabled adults and LOVE what the owners are doing to raise up this population. This coffee shop is part of the new Valley Bank building. When I visited, I was looking forward to getting some coffee, but was a bit under the weather. So I went with mint tea and it was delicious! The staff answered all my questions, and I had a terrific experience!

Love Ethan and the Bean!!! Great sized coffee shop with ample seating. Lots of light coming in. Coffee and food/snacks are great. A little hard to get to due to the location and parking...but it's worth circling for. Lovely service. Will be back!

I went to Ethan and the Bean yesterday with a group. I loved that they had board games available for customers to use while playing. Although my group didn't end up playing any, I saw a few I loved on the shelves. The barista was very friendly! For breakfast I had a hot chocolate, banana bread slice, and a chili bread. They were all so delicious, I would totally order them again. I can't wait to go back!

The chocolate was decadent and high quality. I thought the cake was pricy at $95 but I figure quality ingredients cost more and this was a special occasion. They had an indoor dining room and an outdoor patio. We opted for the indoor dining room due to the heat wave. For breakfast, I ordered a chocolate chip crumb muffin and a pecan bar. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.

I'm glad they opened their store in Morris County. We visited this today on a special occasion ... a cool cafe. They thought of everything from fresh bakery items to cakes, pastries, coffee, and lattes- ready to eat--and everything is at a very reasonable price... Cute Paris-style chairs and tables add to the beauty of this store. Counter staff were friendly and they informed us about the app and rewards. We had- *Butter cream bread *Buffalo chicken and Ranch pizzetta *Chocolate supreme croissant *Cream brulee Bombolone *NY-style cheese cake slice Everything was great..!! Crossiant so was flaky, crispy, and tasty altogether. Outdoor sitting is there, just like any classy cafe. Also, they have free parking [SOFI Parking Garage] in the basement so no hassle of where to park downtown, right?

The movie received an 80% and 75% approval rating respectfully. After the movie, we stopped by the Paris Baguerre which is only five minutes away. The close proximity is one of the reasons I chose the Paris Baquette. The pastry shop is clean, brightly lit and most importantly quiet enough to have a conversation. As my buddy and I played movie critics we chose our desserts. They make pastries daily. We went with the "Strawberry Lemon Cream Croissants" $6.69. The croissant was definitely fresh and delicious. A little high in price. but the quality and taste were there. They offer Lavazza coffee. I can't remember the price but it was not out of line. You can park in designated parking spaces in the SOFI parking garage. They have an app and a reward program, as well. As a final note, if aliens can get to Earth from light years away, we would not stand chance if they had nefarious intentions.
