I am a regular at Out Back Yoga and attend most if not all of her events & workshops. Kim is also an Auyerveda Practioner and we have been working together integrating the Auyerveda lifestyle that works for me. I have learned so much from Kim. She really does take her time helping you with your asanas, making sure that you are aligned properly. I use to look at yoga as just an excerise since I have been attending classes and workshops here, my out look on yoga is so much deeper than just poses. I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love. I have been indoor cycling for many many years and these classes are fun, engaging, challenging, and sweaty. The energy that both Jay and Natasha give is 100% . I have enjoyed both theit classes equally - you will not be disappointed. There are lockers to store your things and you are welcome to refill your water bottle/jug. FREE PARKING. I had secured the private cave prior to our arrival which was smarty, just like me. This is the type of care I would consider doing on a regular, because it was just that relaxing. Between Warren who was my first point of contact when securing the cave, to in person hello from Keri upon our arrival. I was pretty satisfied.
