Technician Sarah and Front Desk Rickie (F) were very accommodating and got her in, first-thing after the Holiday weekend. Sarah did her x-rays and was so careful to make it as painless as possible, considering the infection. She's GREAT! We then saw Dr. Morgan Clay, DMD, and daughter of the Founder, Dr. Roger Clay, DDS with 40 years experience. We've had fantastic experience in the past with a father-daughter team and the Clays were just as excellent. It is so hard to find a GOOD dentist, with a GOOD team, but also personable, gentle and kind -- they are all of that and we have definitely found our new Vero Dental Team. Was referred to this dental office after a consultation had been done. Never once did anyone speak of an additional consultation need before treatment could take place, yet 3 days before the appointment they send me a text stating that my insurance let them know that a consultation needed to be done first before any treatment could be done. At this point I knew something wasn't right as I knew my insurance doesn't require any pre approval for the treatment that I was about to undergo. So I call them to inform them of this and what do you know.. THEY DIDN'T ANSWER lol ‍. So I called my insurance company and got on a 3way call after they finally could get someone on the phone, and my insurance told them that it wasn't a requirement of theirs before any treatment could be done. They the lady on the line in north palm beach tried to tell me and my insurance company that they called and that's what they were told, but no one had ever called due to my insurance company keeping track of we someone call for an individuals information and not have any trace of someone calling but myself when inquiring about my plan and help with the matter, so they lied. Then this lady at the dentist office tried to make it seem like I misunderstood the situation going on and it was them whom required a consultation before any treatment could be done.
