Fernando took the time to protect my grass from the back and forth of removing the concrete he excavated and was very careful around all the various delicate obstacles (valve boxes, wiring, irrigation, etc). My house is highly secure, and to that end I have cameras covering every square inch of it - and it was really fun to pull them up from time to time to see how the job was progressing and watch how he was able to surgically remove concrete attached to the house with a piece of heavy equipment without a single chip of the house going with it. I've worked with David, Jacob, Brian, and James, and can't speak more highly of all of them! They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes.
