He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. I called a coworker in OC who used to do plumbing, explained what I needed and got a quote. He told me that quote was outrageous. I got a different quote from another local plumbing company who told me if I purchased the part he could put it on for $595. He came out a few days later and put it on for the price he quoted.
