I asked for a quote via yelp and got it. Reached out via phone earlier today, and luckily was told that they were free in a few hours. I requested for a water heater flush service. Within the designated time, Manuel and Dave arrived. I had them do a flush on my water heater. They were able to do it efficiently and quickly. The manager George and i agreed the price (communicated clearly through SMS) including the new water heater installation and fixing one shower tub water slow problem. But after i paid the full amount when i was working outside, I found that the shower water slow problem was not fixed after i got back. I used Alpha and Omega plumbing to replace the refrigerator ice maker water line box. Bottom line the first plumber my daughter called couldn't fix it. She had no ice in a new refrigerator for over a year! I decided to call Alpha and Omega to see if they could fix it for her. I called them at 10am, they responded immediately and gave me a fair price estimate. I had posted a picture of the problem so they knew what the issue was and how to fix it. This is my second experience with Alpha and Omega and I have to say that they are now my go to for plumbing issues. We just bought a house and was required by insurance to install a new pressure regulator and automatic water shutoff in case of leak. I called around and got pricing from four or five plumbers, but I went with Alpha & Omega baised on George who came out, explained the scope of work, and gave me a diecent price. After living in the house for a few months we realized that there was a problem with the patio drains being clogged. Called Alpha & Omega again and they came out and pulled about eight feet of roots from the drain pipes. George told me what he thinks allowed the roots to cause the problem and got water flowing through the drains just in time for upcoming storms. In my opinion these guys are great. read more

After getting a super high quote from another plumbing company to do a minor toilet reseating job I contacted Alpha and Omega and was quoted a fair price that was a 3rd of what the other company quoted. The plumber that came out, Manuel was amazing, he gave me a full explanation of what the work could include and when he removed the toilet he was very thorough in explaining the issue and provided me with options to correct the problem without trying to over sale me on things. He completed the work cleaned up the mess and advised me of the warranty in case I had another issue or wanted to go a bout replacing the entire flange and components.
