In addition she hand wrote the message I texted to her for my mom and did another card for my sister's message. i also requested if she could text me a picture once delivered and she did! She will also make sure that she removes the flowers and replaces them with the silk flowers that are on the site. This is above and beyond. But Sevier Blumen always offers flowers that are really high quality and absolutely stunning. They grow specialty cut flowers for the farmers market, local stores, florists, events, and weddings. Since they grow all of their own flowers, they change with the seasons and really reflect whatever colors are in season. They also last longer because they don't cut their flowers until the moment that they are needed. They believe in growing sustainable flowers without the use of chemicals, which I really appreciate! And if that doesn't make them cool enough, they also donate unused flowers from the markets to the Random Acts of Flowers. I always look forward to stopping by their booth at the Farmer's Market and picking up beautiful flowers for the week that I know are going to last. They are always so sweet and friendly and happy to talk about their flowers.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous with meticulous attention to detail shining brilliantly throughout - Everywhere you look, thought, time, and preparation is obvious. But the real treasure here is Regina herself. From day one to our day she was there helping us through a process we fully expected to be stressful - Except without any. She was there to help us make decisions, offering helpful input on everything from the timing, lighting, and what to expect; Even giving me a recommendation of where I could get a decent haircut in town. She was patient, extremely professional, and above everything else, she truly, genuinely cares. This is her passion, and if you talk to her for 30 seconds you'll see it. She's fully invested in you having an absolutely magical day in a way that we've never seen before in our endless venue-tour. On top of all that though, she has a masterful eye for photography and capturing the beauty of the moment. My wife and I had a ton of family wishing they could be there and eagerly expecting photos. I received them after 7pm on Saturday. He called the florist after delivery and they more less said, "sorry you're not happy with our work." Monday, they were dying. We were waiting at the florist when they opened Tuesday morning. The lady agreed it was unacceptable but stated she needed to talk to the owner. She kept the flowers and stated someone would call my son to let him know if a refund would be issued. The owner wasn't willing to refund any money. They stated more flowers would be delivered to me the following day. They NEVER delivered anything! I would not use this florist. I'm local and would recommend calling From The Heart Flowers for any floral needs. This is totally unacceptable for the price he paid.
