I don't know why they offer three different sizes for cappuccinos though. Areas for improvement: - I really felt bad for their staff because of how crazy it was. They had enough people working (although another person on the register would be nice) but having paper tickets is a little archaic and slow. - They heavily promote mobile ordering, but as other reviewers have noted, mobile orders are in a totally different queue. I would've placed my order online but the wait time was two or three hours! They don't let you set a pickup time, so it seemed wildly unpredictable. - why is the menu SO long? We drove a ways before opening the lavender box to sample the first ones. We found them soft and friable, so that they were difficult to pick up in one piece.
